No Smoking: A $100 fee applies for any smoke odor detected inside either unit.
No Parties: Strict quiet policy. Large groups are welcome, but loud parties are not.
No Pets: Strictly No Animals allowed due to allergies.
Late Checkout: Unapproved checkouts after 11:00 AM incur a $50 fee.
TV Remote: Please keep track of the remotes; replacement cost is $50 each.
EV Charging: Prohibited. Charging EVs via regular outlets incurs a $35/night fee.
Child Safety: The property is not child-proofed; constant family supervision is required.
Garbage Disposal: Strictly for small bones/food waste. No large or unprocessable items. A $100 fee applies for unclogging.
Please do not unplug or remove any connected devices (gateway, cables, or chargers). Any missing items will incur a $200 penalty charge
