To ensure a 5-star stay for everyone, please respect the following guidelines:

Unregistered Guests: Strictly prohibited. Any unregistered guest incurs a $35 fee per person/day.
No Smoking: A $100 fee applies for any smoke odor detected inside the property.
No Parties: Parties or events are strictly prohibited to respect our neighbors.
No Pets: Strictly No Animals allowed due to severe allergies.
Late Checkout: Unapproved checkouts after 11:00 AM incur a $50 fee.
TV Remote: Please keep track of the remote; replacement cost is $50.
EV Charging: Prohibited. Charging an electric vehicle via regular outlets will incur a $35/night fee.
Child Safety: The house is not child-proofed; constant family supervision is required for children.
Free Parking: Available in the shared 2-car driveway or on the street.
Garbage Disposal: Strictly for small bones/food waste. No large or unprocessable items. A $100 fee applies for unclogging.
Please do not unplug or remove any connected devices (gateway, cables, or chargers). Any missing items will incur a $200 penalty charge

We maintain strict, ongoing professional pest control at our property. However, due to the warm Texas climate during this time of year, occasional insect sightings are completely normal for the region and sometimes unavoidable.

- To help us keep the indoors pest-free, we kindly ask that you:

- Keep all exterior doors and windows fully closed when not in use.

- Ensure food is put away or properly sealed.
