Entire 4 Bedroom Paddington Terrace

Was a beautiful old Sydney Terrace. Perfect for what we needed.

Excellent! We had a wonderful stay! Very clean and neat!

Very close to Padding shops and markets. Busses very handy. Cute cafes and specialty shops just down the road. Very clean. A little tired, but nothing that affected our stay. The host was very accommodating with getting extra keys to us. We woukd definitely book here again.

Overall my family were a bit let down with the rental, location is ideal but the house needs some obvious and easy work to bring up to standard for the house price. Room layouts, bathrooms and kitchen all need work and would not recommend for groups over 4 people at all

We had a great trip, fantastic location.

We loved this cozy property in a wonderful neighborhood that enabled us to live like locals for a few days. The owners were responsive and check in was easy. The coffee shop/market at the end of the street was the best! Other amazing boutiques and restaurants are just up the street. The patio has plenty of space for dining and the family room is cozy. We would definitely stay here again.

I really struggle with this rating. I want to give it a higher rating. The house is cute and in a great location. The hosts are amazing, check in easy, all the important things. The issue is that it’s just too small for the number of people it is advertised to accommodate. The only shower is in the en-suite bathroom so everyone has to go through someone’s bedroom. Three out of four bedrooms have no where to hang anything, not even a towel. The main floor powder room is so small you can’t do anything but wash your hands, yet none on the bedrooms except the primary have a mirror and table to do hair or apply makeup. The kitchen isn’t really well equipped. We didn’t find any ability to make coffee, the toaster is a two slice, which for 8 people isn’t ideal. The table out back is the only place to sit and eat, but there isn’t room to walk around the table while people are sitting. There isn’t a TV which is ok for me, but would have been nice for the kids. We paid a huge premium because it was NYE, which we would have been ok with us, if it actually fit our gang. If you are a family of 4 it is likely a perfect fit if you bring iPads

We’re here for family occasion coming in from US. Hosts were very accommodating and allowed us to check in earlier in day. Property has charm with lovely architectural details - fireplace, stain glass, wrought iron etc. Closeby grocery store coffee places and restaurants made it complete. 5 stars.

The house was perfect for our family stay. With cafes right at your doorstep, you're in an ideal spot to explore on foot or via public transport. The hosts were responsive and promptly provided parking permits for our car. On arrival, the house was clean and presentable, and the well-equipped kitchen allowed us to cook dinner one night.
