Located in a quiet cul-de-sac away from major traffic. Plenty of places to relax or entertain your family. The master bedroom includes a full bathroom with double sinks and a garden tub.
There are cameras outside the premises. The garage, the backyard and the doorbell. I do get a notification the first time you arrive just so I’ll know you are there and I turn that off until your check out time. You will hear a beeping noise coming from the camera when I get that notification.<

Stayed Nov 7, 2025Came here for the renaissance festival with a few friends and had a wonderful stay. The neighborhood was quiet and the house was clean and as pictured, the beds were very comfortable as well! Additional amenities were not provided such as shampoo/conditioner/soap so just ensure to bring your own, though this was not an issue for us. Host was quick to respond to any questions and was very polite. Would stay here for the ren fair again next year!

Stayed Sep 26, 2025A nice cozy little house! The neighborhood is a bit crowded, but was not a problem and was very quiet. The house is an older house that has been somewhat remodeled, although very clean and tidy. We were in town visiting Carowinds so we were only there during nighttime hours. The place was perfect for what we needed. Would definitely recommend it for the price.

The house was ok, but it wasn’t particularly clean and had a musty smell when we got there (it honestly smelled a tiny bit like cigarette smoke), and a couple of other small things. The biggest thing was that a hot tub was listed in the amenities and the house doesn’t have one, I probably would not have booked this house if it hadn’t said there was a hot tub
