Entire 2BR 1Bath Apt “The Downtown Deneege”

Very comfortable place. Anything you would need for your stay. “Downtown”description wasn’t quite what we expected but that’s just Fairbanks. This place was so nice. Blackout curtains were a must and they had them. Slept great!

We very much enjoyed staying here. Everything was neat and clean with beautiful design thought out. Property was full of everything you needed. We have never stayed in a place that had so many little extras! The hosts truly thought of everything. Great location with a beautiful view of the park across the street. Our host was gracious enough to give us all the information we needed early on. This helps so much with travel stress. Check in and out was simple. Not a ton of hoops to jump through. There was a slight bit of road noise, which really wasn’t an issue. We would love to come back again and stay longer.

Wow what a charming and beautiful place . Great eye for the little details that made the stay really nice. Comfortable beds, as a person who love a bath, awesome socking tub, great bathroom lighted mirror, washer and dryer, great kitchen, even snacks, tea, and North pole coffee. I can’t think of one thing that wasn’t thoughtfully done. Even a lovely lounge chair for reading my Kindle book. The host was helpful and quick to respond. Well done!

What a fantastic place to stay in Fairbanks! We were in town for UAF graduation, and the Downtown Deneege offered a comfortable, welcoming, and central spot to stay for our visit. The North Pole coffee was a lovely touch--and handy, too--and we spent several mornings sipping the coffee while going through the lonnnng list of recommendations shared for guests. Danielle was incredibly warm and helpful, checking in with us daily, and thr downstairs neighbors were an absolute delight to meet. We had a fantastic time and definitely recommend staying here!!

Danielle’s apartment was perfect. It was spotless inside, nicely decorated, with so much attention to detail. She really thought of everything from extra toothbrushes in case you forgot yours to games and puzzles. The apartment is walking distance to many great places to eat. We had a great stay.

Extremely lovely condo. Great location across from a lovely park. Very nicely furnished and we appreciated all the extra amenities!!! (Several choices of coffee, tea or hot chocolate, every toiletry possible and lovely large fluffy towels!)

Danielle‘s second floor apartment was everything and more as advertised. It was immaculate, well stocked, and furnished, and provided plenty of room for the two of us. It is in a great location near downtown Fairbanks and the University of Alaska. We highly recommend choosing this place if you’re staying in Fairbanks for a visit.

Very comfortable, well appointed. Danielle takes care of lots of details, such as providing coffee and snacks, laundry supplies, and bathroom toiletries. Location was excellent, very close to downtown. Will definitely stay there again on our next visit to Fairbanks.

Loved the apartment! It was well located, very quiet and very comfortable. There was plenty of space to stretch out for a two week stay. I was impressed by all the personal touches. 5 stars!
