Entertainment Galore! Great Amenities, Close to Beach, Outlets and More!!!!

Our group of five stayed here for a week around Labor Day and loved the place.House was very clean upon arrival and the host was great at communicating everything we needed to know.A couple of really great things: first, the fact that there are 4 full bathrooms in the house and everyone in our group had their own. Next, the nature show off the deck was really enjoyable…lots of birds, a few deer and the cutest little groundhog I’ve ever seen.Also can’t forget to mention how much fun the game room was, we had a blast playing Ms Pac-Man and ping pong.Extra bonus was the swimming pool in the community.We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Owners were a pleasure to work with. The home is very well appointed. Plenty for everyone to do. The beach is only a short drive away, the pool is a short walk away, and biking

Great house , fully stocked with anything we needed to grill and cook .My three young grand daughters loved the pac man machine and ping pong, oh and even the magnetic darts. Easy walk to the pool and tennis courts.Having bikes, umbrellas, beach chairs at the house aaved us so much packing . House was very clean, and being pet friendly, no doggie smell . We had a super hot week, and house stayed nice and cool.Was a great week ! Thank you

The basement was perfect for the teens, and the wildlife in the back is such a welcome reprieve after a day at the beach! Lots of thoughtful extras.

We just finished up a fantastic stay in Rehoboth Beach! The property was very clean and exactly as advertised, with tons of amenities. The downstairs game room is incredible and gave us plenty to do all week! The location is also great, with an easy trip into downtown Rehoboth and to the beach, and it's also very close to the biking trails. All in all, it was a great stay and a property that I highly recommend!

We had a fabulous time in this house and the basement was amazing for playing family game nights

Our family just returned from a great vacation in Rehoboth Beach and much of that can be attributed to the home that we stayed at. The home came as advertised. We were 6 adults, an infant and a dog; and everyone had their own space. The game room downstairs was our gathering spot each night for ping pong, cards and Ms Pac-man. It was a short walk to the pool or a quick drive to the beach, the boardwalk, or the outlets. The owners left bikes, pool toys, basically anything that you would need for a fun family vacation. I reached out to Sherri a couple of times with questions and received responses quickly. The first night we couldn’t find the ping pong net and Sherri told us where it would probably be and she was correct. The next day a package was delivered to the house with a new net and ping pong paddles. When I questioned Sherri, she told me that she didn’t want us to go without and ordered a replacement in case we couldn’t find the original! I can’t say enough about the home and the great time we had. We will definitely be returning!

Conveniently located dog friendly beach home with nice community amenities. Very close to Juction Breakwater traihead, local farmers market and micro brewery. My teenage sons loved the ping-pong and pool table in the basement and the multigame cabinet had many of the games I used to play on the boardwalk when I was a kid.

The townhome was very nice and comfortably fit 7 adults and an infant. Beds and couches were comfortable and there was plenty of space to eat. Home was outfitted with all kitchen cooking needs and included 5 bikes, beach chairs and plenty of toys. Downstairs gameroom was awesome and deck was roomy for all of us to sit comfortably. The housing plan had two pools, tennis and basketball coirts and was close to great bike trails. It was located 5 minutes from the Rehoboth strip with plenty of good eating choices as well as 5 minutes from rhe business strip that had a lot of stores and restaurants to choose from. Landlord waa excellent in communication regarding all aspects before and during our stay. Even reimbursed us for bike locks that we bought and left there. I would definitely stay again and recommend. Great place!! ♥️
