Our host was easy to get hold of when the power was out briefly. The home is close to golf, food, etc. the outdoor seating, pool, etc was great! We would definitely stay here again.

The house was good. We just thought there was a first floor master because we had an elderly couple with us that couldn’t climb the stairs dry well. Other than that the pool was great. The hot tub was great and recommended for families with small children.

Overall, our stay was lovely. The property manager met us on site and pointed out a few helpful things. They were also responsive when we reached out to them. Nothing major to report EXCEPT - the SPA is very small. Hard to tell on photos. Two adults who like each other, max. Anymore than that and it's awkward. For that reason, we likely wouldn't stay their again but, I'm sure it works just fine for most.

The house is located in a great neighborhood.And overall the house filled our needs for this vacation.

We had a brilliant time at this wonderful desert oasis. If you're into relaxing, not worry about anything, and purely enjoying yourself, this is the place for you. The house was well stocked and comfortable. Its location is excellent with easy accessibility to shops, restaurants and attractions. Our property contact Justin was fab! He met us at the house to show us how everything worked and was always available and responsive, thanks Justin. We would stay here again in a heartbeat...no question, a beautiful holiday!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home is well situated in the Scottsdale area but it appears that the unit itself has not been kept up well. The hot tube jets did not work and, while I realize things break - we were told it would be fixed on Tues. It took until Thursday. Also, we did get the outside space heater to work once -- but if there's any wind, it's near impossible to get working. I'm not looking to be too harsh but in general the place is somewhat run down having some lights not working and some 110 outlets very loose.It's also very strange having several faucets work backwards from what most would consider normal.It also somewhat dirty so I assume the cleaners could do a better job.The best review I can give it is Justin. He was clear, concise and always available. Good man!

Great location, expansive living spaces inside and out, truly well equipped kitchen, and all at an excellent price point. Two nearby parks make for good walking. The Latitude 8 agent, Justin, was responsive and effective. Great experience.
