This house is in a great location. It is a little dated but still clean and good living spaces for a family. The family room is a great gathering space area. The kitchen needs more flat baking pans and some up dated kitchen utensils. Overall this is a decent clean place in a perfect location.

Heated pool and spa means when you arrive the pool is at 80 degrees and the spa is at 102 degrees and they stay that way for the duration. Apparently it means something different to the operator of this home. We paid the extra fee but never got to use the pool and got to use the hot tub for just part of one day. The heater kept turning off and we had to keep turning it back on. Then it stopped coming back on when we tried, and customer service could not help. Also, free internet and sleeps 8 means an internet connection adequate for the internet usage of 8 people. At this home the connection is capacity limited. So after a couple days it was throttled to the point it became unusable except for one person for very short periods and very light activity. I called the internet provider who told me they get complaints about this from many people renting this home on VRBO. These are both just bad faith misrepresentations in the listing of this property. Finally, one of the bathroom has an ant infestation. The house is large and is decently outfitted, but we picked it for the pool and hot tub and good internet service is a standard requirement. We could never stay here again.

We enjoyed staying in this spacious lovely home!A short drive to downtown Palm Springs. Highly recommend!

My family and I came to Palm Springs for my birthday

Myself, Husband, 20 year old daughter and 15 year old son stayed at this home July 21-27/2025.This house is beautifully perfect. My family loved it. It was clean and more than enough room for the 4 of us. The back yard is the best, pool was nice to cool off and my son loved the putting green and the seating area was very relaxing. The house is located in a lovely area and very quiet. It was also nice to have a garage to put our rental car in. We had a wonderful time.Booking and check in was very well handled, as I received a phone call a few days before we left and was virtually checked in. Then sent emails with all the info to get into the house. And I had the Vacasa app which was also helpful. The day we arrived check in was suppose to be 4pm but just as we arrived to the house I received an email saying the house was ready and we could check in at 2pm. A couple days in I received a call asking if everything was ok or if we needed assistance with anything. I explained we were having problems with one of the recliners on the couch and she had a handyman out the next day to fix it for us. This was very appreciated and great service. We would definitely stay at his property again. Thank you for the top notch service it made for a happy and enjoyable vacation.

The house is located in a beautiful area and was more than perfect for our family of 4. Check in was handled with ease and communication was great. We had a problem with one of the recliners on the couch and the handyman arrived the next day to fix it. Super impressive. The back yard was lovely, pool was perfect for cooling off and my son loved the putting green. Definitely would love to stay at this property again.

Place was very nice and clean. Some of the umbrellas at the pool are broken and the pool table is in rough shape. We had all broken tips when we arrived, but the host sent me one to the property quickly. We were unable to run the jacuzzi and there was constant shining of the pool due to neighbors trees. Location was great, the home was beautiful and host was very responsive and accommodating. Would stay again

Property was great! Kitchen fully stocked, lots of linens, very spacious home. Patio and pool area was amazing! Very spacious and clean as well. We had a great weekend relaxing and enjoying family time!

The pool was wonderful and the help that we got from the office was wonderful. We would stay here again.
