Entertain at this dog-friendly home w/ pool & hot tub, blocks from downtown

We enjoyed our 3 night stay over thanksgiving. The property is well located, though we drove vs walked to most places. The house was charming and comfortable with multiple areas to hang out and relax. The weather was too cold to enjoy the pool but the hot tub was nice. It comfortably fits 4-6 people.

While this home was aesthetically beautiful, our stay was impacted by significant maintenance issues. One of the guest bathrooms was unusable for two days due to a broken toilet, and the electrical system was highly unstable. We couldn’t use the kitchen microwave or the washing machine without causing power disruptions throughout the house, which persisted for our entire five-day stay.Their rental team was very responsive and helpful during our visit, which we truly appreciated. However, since our departure, I have reached out regarding these concerns and have yet to receive any response. Reliable electricity is a basic expectation for any rental, and I hope the homeowner addresses these issues for future guests.

Great hotel for a 3 day family getaway including the dogs. Easy location to Downtown, golf courses and the tram is down the street. Nice house.

Great home away from home for my big family with pets!

The home was very specious and sits on a large corner lot. . The AC was not working when we arrived at 4.PM. They sent a technician who was on the property for hours troubleshooting and running the heat so the house was very uncomfortable for about 5 hours the first night. Maintenance is an issue. Light bulbs were burned out. Batteries for items such as clocks were dead. The paint on the hot tub deck was peeling. One of the chaises by the pool was broken. We overlooked all of this and had a great time.

Pool was heated properly and the home had adequate room for our family. Good location.

Enjoyed our stay at this large house with a big, enclosed backyard, great for our dog. The house is dated with a unique decorative style but clean. Separate seating/tv and sleeping areas great for families with teenagers or two couples. Terrific location near Ruth Hardy Park and beautiful Desert Healthcare Wellness Park and walking distance or quick drive downtown. The host communicated well and was quick to respond when we had an issue with a fireplace.

House was great. North bathroom toilet is running. Fire Alarms ⏰ seem to have a mind of their own. Going off in the bedroom at 4 in the morning. Otherwise everything was great!

We had a great time and it was a great house to entertain in. Loved it! Only downsides. The master bathroom has no door! That was a big one. And two, the pool was a mess when we got there but we called and they had someone out the following morning to clean it. It was perfect after that. We would definitely come back but please! Put a door on the bathroom!
