Enormous Resort Style Home with a Basement

The place is Ah-mazing! The backyard is fantastic pool and hot tub are on point. The basement is definitely a must see custom build. Plus my kids and i LOVED playing guitar hero on the wii. Jerry the owner is very easy to get ahold of. Be sure to ask first but its a great place to host a party! Plenty of space.

We had a baseball team there and it was perfect for all the boys and coaches. Plenty of space and area to hangout in. House was perfect for our big group and would rent again for sure.

Used this house for our high school baseball team and coaches during a tournament. It was perfect for a large group, with plenty of beds and room for everyone to hang out.

The home was beautiful, lots of space both inside and out. The kids were kept busy with the games, pool/hot tub. Great place to share for a large group! The host was very communicative.

Nice location, plenty of beds for our large group of 13, pool and backyard space were excellent, prompt communication with host.

The place was clean, spacious, and met the needs of all.It contained all the items that one would need immediately upon arrival such as paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and Laundry detergent for the updated laundry room.The pool and patio area were beautiful and had available numerous chairs and loungers. The main area was large enough for all to gather to play games, watch TV, and dine.We loved our stay and the manager was readily available, if we needed him.Thank you Jerry.

House is amazing. Instructions for check in and departure were on point. We spent Thanksgiving with 24 family members and fit all of us comfortably. Would definitely recommend this house for large parties and family reunions. Backyard is amazing, very beautiful and clean. Even though it was too cold to use the pool the hot tub and BBQ grill made up the difference to enjoy a relaxing outdoor experience. Overall 5 star -perfect host.

Everything was great

This home was so amazing traveled for an All American event with 18 people and never felt crowded. We enjoyed a nice BBQ. Very clean and spacious!

Overall a fine property, however we had significant problems with the home that the owner could not have foreseen. No hot water the first night due to water heater breaking. The owner quickly replaced this within 24 hours, but we were without running water for several hours and no hot water our first night/morning. The home flooded the second night due to heavy rain and a blocked drain on the roof, waking us at 3 am with flooding throughout the house. This also caused all fire alarms to go off at 4 am. The ceiling partially collapsed on a family member due to being severely water-logged. We spent half the night trying to keep our belongings from being damaged/trying to preserve the owners belongings/communicating with the owner/disabling fire alarms. These are unforeseen circumstances but there was no offer of a partial refund despite the significant hardships we had to deal with. It’s poor form to charge full price when such significant problems occurred during our stay.

Property was just as listed. Plenty of room and very clean!

Large home accommodated am entire sports team, great pool, would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay with family

Beautiful property! This property is great for a large family getaway! Jerry was great to deal with…thanks for making the kids night by turning on the pool lights! We will definitely return!

Very nice place. Worked perfectly for extended family to all stay in one place while attending our son's wedding. It slept 21 in beds with private rooms. The pool was very fun and was a place to relax when the temperature was 118 outside. The pool is shaded for most of the afternoon and had two umbrellas in the water. It was very nice. The outdoor barbeque and picnic tables in the shade were great. They had plenty of indoor and outdoor towels for everyone to use.

I would book this home again! Everything went really good from beginning to end, we were a large group and had plenty of room for everyone! Nice location as well.

The volleyball team was playing in a tournament and didn't spend much time at the house. They did enjoy the pool and hot tub one of the 5 days we were there. Only weird part was two queen beds in a hallway without any privacy but didn't end up needing to use those beds so all was good for us. however there should be some privacy for those two beds.

Stayed with 12 family members (3-71). Decor is mildly outdated but who cares when the house is clean, the rooms are plentiful, the neighborhood is quiet with lots of convenient shopping areas, and the pool made the 114F days tolerable.

Plenty of space, beds and amenities for a large group. Additional outdoor seating and umbrellas for the pool area that are not pictured. Hot tub was great and the baja step on the pool is nice for lounging.

Overall, we loved our stay at Jerry's home. Very nice and functional.

We had a wonderful time at this VRBO! It fit our entire family with room to spare.The grandkids especially enjoyed the pool, as the weather was very hot during our stay.The owner was very quick to respond to my questions. We’d definitely stay in this home again!

I had 10 people come in from Texas for our annual golf trip. Accommodations were great and spot on. I would recommend for a large group. Owner was very good about communicating

House and backyard are much larger than pictures show. Booked the house for a work trip for 7 of us and we all had our own room with one to spare. House was clean, pool and hot tub were great, neighborhood was quiet and everything else was fantastic top to bottom. Would recommend staying here to anyone.

The house was great. The online pictures were great but were in awe when we walked into the house. A full functional basement with two rooms, living area and bathroom. The entire house was bomb.

Our overall stay was great the location was perfect for the little kids and the adult children

The property was perfect for our clan. The glorious weather was perfect for lounging around the pool. There was plenty of room in the house for everyone to have their own space. The house was a little warm at night, but most rooms had overhead fans. Thanks Jerry for allowing us to create a lifelong memory at your home!

Stayed here with 2 other families. Plenty of space for all 11 of us and then some. Everything was clean and well kept. Spacious backyard and the pool was a big hit with the kids. Host was prompt with answers to questions. Definitely would recommend.

Great property

Great stay! We used this as a stay for our wedding party for our wedding weekend. Most of our party was from out of town and we wanted one place for everyone to stay together. This house was great for us, plenty of space for all of us

Everything was clean, neat. Looked a lot like the pictures. Very well stocked kitchen. Lots of plastic items which are great to use outside.!! Possibly could use a few more baking pans. Everything else we need for cooking for a group was available to us in the kitchen. Very nice neighborhood easy to access. Lots of space.

This properry is well kept lots of space to accommodate a larger group. In a great loction and easy to find. I would recommend this home to everyone. Host is great to work with.

We had our wedding party stay close to the venue in Apache Junction and we had plenty of room for everyone, heated pool in January, Awesome!!!! Great host!!

Great property which exceeded our expectations! Very roomy with perfect bed configurations for five families. Large kitchen was great for preparing breakfast for our girls prior to their soccer matches. Living area was very roomy. Unit had two washers and dryers and ample parking for five vehicles. We had a large group (7 families) stay at this home. It was great for every family to have their own bedroom. The beds, bathrooms, and rooms situation was as listed. It was mostly clean when we arrived (big deal for me), but one bed hadn’t had the sheets washed (the bed was made, so perhaps the cleaners thought the bed hadn’t been used). There were two washing machines and laundry detergent provided, so we fixed that. We stayed in winter and paid for the pool to be heated - the kids loved that. There were plenty of pool towels. There were enough trash bags for our stay and extra toilet paper. The only reason I can’t give 5 stars is that for a house that can sleep 30 people, there weren’t enough blankets and also not enough plates and utensils. Lots of random kitchen gadgets and pans and serving platters, but not enough of the basics. Overall, good place.

This home is located with easy access to freeways and the airport. It lists to sleep up to 30 and we had 16 members of our extended family there for a wedding over a long weekend. The gathering spaces for the family both inside and outside were great! There are actually 6 bedrooms and a sleeping area listed as a bedroom that has 2 beds but is in an open area in the back hall. Some of the beds that would sleep 30 are roll-aways and floor mats (which we did take advantage of for a few of our folks and would be better for children than adults). The hot-tub was great. We were happy to put out the trash early on the morning of trash day as requested, but were a bit surprised that there is a fine if that does not occur. Some of the furniture was a bit dated but functional. Overall, for the group we had, this space worked well. The owner, Jerry, is very communicative and answered all of our questions in a timely fashion.

Stayed 4 nights Oct 2024. Had 18 family members in town for a wedding. There was plenty of room to spread out for everyone and it never felt crowded. Everyone loved the property and had a great stay. The only downside was a bathtub that had some of the finish peeling off and shower cutain stained from hard water. Everyone enjoyed the pool and hottub. The location was great. Jerry was great to work with and always responded quickly. I would definitely stay here again. . again.tshower

I booked this place for my immediate family to stay on for my daughter’s wedding. I was looking for a place that at least 16 people (6 couples, 4 singles) could have their own bed. This place was perfect! It was close to the pre-wedding activities and venue plus grocery stores! We all had the space we needed to not be on top of each other but enjoy time together. A few people swam in the pool which was a pleasant temperature considering it was 115 out. I had a few question and Jerry was quick to respond and very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

I would never recommend staying at this rental property. The listing was incredibly misleading about the cleanliness and state of the home, beds, and supplies. Upon arrival, we were shocked to find a stale smelling home, a severely worn old towel supply, dirty/uncleaned bathrooms, and a severe lack of welcomeness from the Owner. We couldn’t even put our groceries away because they were trying to save a buck by unplugging the extra refrigerator in the garage. I mean, this was supposed to be one of the amenities of why we rented. Additionally, the owner was extremely combative, confrontational and unhelpful and when we brought these issues to his attention he rudely stated “Why don’t I just refund your money and you can get the hell out of there“ knowing full well, there were 15 people staying there and we paid thousands and were trapped. I mean what kind of owner solves any customer issue like that? Once you get there or after you’ve provided your money, you’ll find out that the “strict rules!” Are just unbelievable. Taking their trash cans in and out, having set timelines or “you’re going to owe extra fees”, just threats I’ve never experienced in any quality rental. Overall, our experience at this rental property was extremely disappointing and frustrating. Save yourself the trouble and find a different place to stay. Seriously!
