Enjoyable 7BR Family Home w Pool Hot Tub Theater Near Disney

We stayed from 7/15/23 - 7/22/23 and 1st arrived at 7pm. Communication with the owner was fine, but if I'm being honest, the property manager should be fired. Front door knob was ready to fall off, I fixed it myself. Back door to the pool and the door in the 1st floor master bedroom to the pool, were both unlocked and anyone could have been in the house, very irresponsible of the cleaners. Those 2 knobs were also loose and I fixed those as well. Two screens on the Lanai were damaged for what seemed like a while because someone had previously tried to tape them and allowed bugs/critters to get in frequently. We had to clean the pool several times a day, but was fixed during the middle of our stay. The beds were clean and comfortable so we definitely appreciate that and is important to us. The next issue is the lack of utensils/cookware. The ones that were there were not clean and destroyed. They need to be replaced. Why are your cleaners allowing them to go back into the cabinets and drawers uncleaned? We bought our own. The biggest issue however, was on Tuesday evening we saw 3 cockroaches, but didn't think anything just yet. Wednesday we left for the day and came back Thursday evening to find cockroaches everywhere. We are very clean people and upon investigating, found eggs and droppings deep inside drawers and cabinets in the kitchen. This was definitely like this for a while and no way that the previous guests or cleaners did not notice this. All we got was an apology.

Property was in perfect location to everything! We had little minor hiccups in the home but the owner was very attentive and responded right away. I would rent again

Would highly recommend. Fast communication and comfortable beds as well as lots of entertainment. Very cozy and comfortable. Would absolutely stay again.
