Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We has such a great stay! The house and pool were beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The location was perfect, very close to many restaurants and beaches but still felt private. While there was an issue with the central AC in the guest house when we arrived, it was fixed immediately the next day. One thing we found odd was that most of the decor (couch pillows, frames, fake flowers, baskets) all still had the price tags attached? It was like someone had just redecorated but didn't take the time to take the tags off before we got there. It didn't affect the experience but it was definitely a head scratcher. Another thing that didn't really affect the stay but definitely had us second guessing and overpacking was the inconsistency of certain details. It was hard to know what exactly was provided at the house. We knew we would have to bring sheets and towels but it was unclear whether pillows were or were not provided as well as not knowing that pool/beach towels and beach chairs would also be provided. Lastly, It was unclear what time checkout was as the VRBO listing, welcome email, and in-house information all said different times. To reiterate, none of this was inherently bad, but more so confusing. Overall we were extremely pleased with our stay. Thank you!

My extended family of 10 had a lot of fun at this home. The guest house was beautiful, newly renovated and perfect for my 80+ year old parents. Don't get me wrong, we all had a great vacation, but there were some hiccups. When I addressed them to the owners, they were very attentive and assured me they will fix most of these issues for their future guests. However, there are a couple issues I wish I knew about. For starters, the bathroom situation is tough. Upstairs, where all 3 bedrooms are is a half-bathroom. This is for 6 people! Although they listed it this way, I somehow didn't realize it was just half-a-bathroom. The full bathroom is downstairs inside another room/bedroom... which was always a challenge considering our son was in that room. Also, the pool is NOT heated which was fine for most of us, but my elderly parents were simply unable to go in because it was too cold. BUT... overall, we still all had a great time and the kids absolutely loved it!
