I’ll start with the positives: * Location: Excellent. It’s a short walk to Commercial Boulevard with plenty of shops and restaurants, and it’s also close to the beach and grocery stores. * Pool: The pool and backyard area are spacious and enjoyable. * Hosts: Greg was very responsive to any issues that came up. When we noticed the coffee pot was missing, he replaced it the same day. One of the toilets was making a high-pitched sound when flushing, and he fixed it promptly. When another issue occurred, it was addressed again the next day. We also had a problem with the BBQ, which was resolved quickly. We really appreciated the responsiveness. Areas for improvement: * Accommodations: The house felt unkept and could benefit from a deep clean. Floors and surfaces did not seem fully clean, and there were stains on one of the twin mattresses. The blinds in one bedroom were missing a section, allowing a lot of light in (this was also the case in the hallway, though less impactful). The netting around the backyard has multiple holes. One of the queen beds was very squeaky, and the A/C unit in the rooms near the kitchen was quite loud. With better upkeep and attention to cleanliness, this property has the potential to be a great stay.

Enjoyed stay. Accommodations were great. Plenty of supplies. Only issue I had was in my room the air conditioning was too strong.

Our family loved the location and the size of the pool. It was an easy walk to all the restaurants and nightlife in Lauderdale by the sea. There were a couple of minor maintenance items that needed fixed, but overall we enjoyed our stay!

This house has a great location within walking distance to the beach and lots of stores, restaurants, etc. However, we were very disappointed in the amount of items that needed attention/maintenance in this house. I would not stay here again because of that.

Came to Fla from Buffalo for bills dolphins game with three brothers and bro in law. House was perfect for us. Pool is outstanding. Plenty of room for all of us. Great property and can’t wait to come again.

Another great stay at the property. Carole and Gregory are prompt and responsive, and everything is clean and orderly upon arrival. We highly recommend the property given its location benefits (easy walk to shops, restaurants, beach, and grocery store). Its split bedroom layout also supports multi-generational visitor options and a quieter portion of the home for those, like us, with young children. Will stay again without hesitation.

The four of us had a wonderful nearly 3 week long stay here. The large heated pool , outdoor dining table, chaise lounges, and sitting area were very nice and all enclosed with screening. We spent many hours outside by the pool. The house is close to a Publix just north a few blocks and restaurants, shops, bars and the beach just East. All within very easy walking distance. Perfect vacation site and Carole and Gregory as well as their son were very accommodating/available for any questions. Have stayed here several times before and certainly would again.

My husband and I along with 2 friends and our 2 fur babies recently spent 3 weeks at this property. The accommodations were perfect for our party. We enjoyed the covered back patio and pool the most! The heated pool is large and the guys swam laps every day. We ate all of meals and spent the majority of our time outside on patio. The kitchen was very well stocked with plenty of nice dishes and cookware. The description of property was accurate. Pretty short walk downtown and to the beach. Owner provided a beach wagon, chairs and umbrellas. The umbrellas were broken and I texted the owner and within 15 minutes they brought us 2 new umbrellas. We also had a little trouble with the dishwasher and the gas grill and again I texted the owner and they were there promptly to remedy the problem. Very nice quiet neighborhood and a short walk to all the restaurants, shops, and beach. I would definitely recommend this property.

This house was a great fit for our family! It was very spacious and in a great location, with a beautiful outdoor space. It was close to a lot of different things like the beach, grocery store, and so many restaurants. We would definitely consider staying here again:)

The house looked like the pictures and the hosts responded quickly to all concerns but the house had a lot of issues. I would not recommend anyone stay here with their family. When we arrived, the internet did not work. I texted the contact in the welcome book, Victor, no response. I then messaged in the app and texted who I thought was the owner, but afterwards learned was the property manager, and got a response. They came the next morning and resolved the issue by about 11 am but I had already had to relocate to find internet to make critical work calls, which was extremely inconvenient. The same morning we got a knock on the door from a contractor who effectively barged into the house unannounced and said he had to check the electrical. Him and his partner completely took over the kitchen, making it unusable for about a half hour, which is an issue when you are traveling with small children. They then reported that the electrical was not done to code and that they would have to come back and rip up the floor in order to fix it. I let them know they should speak to the homeowner. I called the property manager when they arrived and he said that he was unaware that they were coming. The water in the tubs was a distinct yellow color, which was off putting to say the least. In addition to that, a few days into our stay one of the showers started overflowing with water, which flooded the entire bathroom and into one of the bedrooms. The water was dirty and discolored and smelled quite bad. Again the homeowners called the plumber (on thanksgiving) and got him over within a few hours which was great. But the whole thing was so off putting that we effectively stopped using that bathroom for the rest of the trip. The washer dryer were FULL of pet hair. So that was not ideal. The screened in pool has tons of holes in the screening, so it’s full of mosquitos (description is incorrect on this front). One other thing to note is that the property manager Gregory that we dealt with is not the man in the photo listed on the VRBO. Kind of strange so would generally recommend being more transparent with the photo situation. Because the messaging all comes from “Gregory and Carole” who you assume are the people in the photo, but that’s not the case. All in all, hats off to the property managers for helping to resolve the major things (internet and flooding) very quickly, especially on thanksgiving. But the house needs some work.
