Love space in kitchen to cook. So true, 2nd and 3rd floor watched the sunset and beach watch. Priceless We loved the master bedroom shower. Great for your back. Just saying!

Perfectly located near beach and downtown area. House was very large and well appointed Lots of fun details. Kitchen had everything you needed. Love the garage door window and fun shower.

We had a great stay. We have stayed before and it has always been a great experience. This weekend happened to be a local festival in PB at the pier and along the boardwalk that was super convenient and fun.

We enjoyed the spaciousness and beauty of this home. The view of the beach and Pacific Ocean from the main living area is spectacular. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed and supplied with everything we needed. Every morning we walked the boardwalk through Pacific Beach and Mission Beach and the weather cooperated.

This is a wonderful house in a great location. Fully outfitted, great kitchen, beautiful views, walkable to whatever we wanted to do. Really helpful hosts.

The house is spacious with lots of areas for people to hang out. The bedrooms being in separate floors worked out for those who wanted more quiet versus hanging out more.I had a baby on the second floor and they couldn't hear her crying downstairs. If anyone was in the kitchen, I couldn't hear them from the bedrooms with the doors closed. Since there isn't any a/c, each room had a nice ceiling fan and floor fan. The big closets could store luggage. There were plenty of bathrooms to use, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. Beach towels were available to borrow. There were also some games to borrow. There were televisions with Roku in the living room and pool table room, as well as the large primary bedroom downstairs. And the driveway could fit 3 SUVs and probably a 4th if squeezed in right. It's a very short walk to the beach and a little more to Crystal Pier. My family loved the place.

Great house with a seamless check-in process. Kitchen was even bigger than expected with just about every tool you need for cooking. The location is literally just seconds away from the beach and I believe this is one of the best houses you can in PB, specifically for the max occupancy that it offers. Thanks Craig!!!

The people managing this property are super friendly, with clear communication and professionalism. Checking in was incredibly easy and straight forward. The house is amazing! Beautifully decorated, with large rooms and very comfortable space. The structure of the house is great to have two families enjoy their time together but also with their own space since they can be located one in each floor. The kitchen is big, fully equipped and with a lot of space and a beautiful view to the ocean. One of the walls opens up to the balcony bringing the fresh ocean breeze. Perfect place to build strong memories and wonderful moments with family and friends. The master bedroom is super large and comfortable that includes a large bathroom with double showers. The kids enjoyed the pin ball machine while the grownups played pool. I highly recommend this house! And the location is perfect! Just two blocks from the beach! We had a wonderful time!

Great house! Clean. Had everything we needed. Great for socializing/ eating meals with the whole family. Could use a new grill but it worked. Location is great with beach nearby, easy walk along boardwalk to PB shops and restaurants while removed enough to not be disturbed by the nightlife. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Every time we stay here it is an absolute dream. Craig and the property manager were super responsive to any questions we had. The house is fully stocked with all the cooking implements, coffee/tea, and spices we needed, though we had most of our meals at Taco Surf, Oscar's, and the Breakfast Republic anyway. Beautiful views and falling asleep to the sound of the waves.

Incredible spot!

This home is located one block from the spectacular Law street beach. The view of the water from the second floor and third floor deck is awesome. We enjoyed watching surfers and pelicans and dolphins! The four bedrooms (2 king and 2 queen) and 3 1/2 bathrooms made this home perfectly comfortable for our party of 8. We loved walking for coffee to the Surf Lounge, enjoyed amazing tacos and ceviche at Oscars and loved the local Gelson’s grocery store. This was the PERFECT home base for our holiday week.

We enjoyed our stay in this home with our family on PB in San Diego. The beach view is amazing and the short walk to it was just what we wanted. The parking at the home and access to numerous restaurants also helped for a very positive experience. The only downside that we noted with the home was the lack of air conditioning (which we were aware of prior to arrival). We thank the owners for sharing their home with us for our stay.

Multi generational group had a very enjoyable 6 nights. Plenty of room for 6 people. Walking distance to beach and lots of restaurants.

This was a great house for experiencing the San Diego beach scene. The location is very convenient to the beach. The outdoor porches and the indoor/outdoor dining (thanks to the big glass door) provide a very good opportunity to feel and see the ocean. The surf was great for beginners of all ages.

Property location is perfect, close to the beach, restaurants and stores. The home is very warm and even when you’re inside, you can still enjoy the beautiful views of the beach from the 2nd and top floor. Thanks again for sharing your wonderful home with us!
