I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fabulous. It was perfect for Our Xmas in July. We had 5 couples and there was ample space for everyone plus we all had a queen bed!!!!The view from the balcony was picture perfect.

Excellent facilities with high quality fixtures and fittings, 5 bedrooms provide plenty of space for all (all linen included), excellent views of the water watching boats and close to Raymond Island with surrounding sight seeing opportunities. Thank you for the opportunity to stay in a magnificent property, we hope to be back in the near future.
