Enjoy the waves in the hot tub at this beachfront home with direct beach access

Beautiful ocean front property. Beach house had everything we needed and lots of space to accommodate a large group. Billiards room was a great space that kept any noise or music contained at night. Big windows let in lots of light and views of the ocean from almost every room. House was well stocked and very clean. There was a bat in the upstairs bedroom. We contacted the owner who was quick to respond. They never came to resolve the issue, it seemed that they were aware of a rat bat upstairs. Even though it may have been harmless, it would have been good to know about ahead of time as it gave us quite the scare. Overall, we were blown away with the beauty of this property and the stunning views.

This was the perfect house for a weekend stay for our entire family. Space for everyone and great beach access. The hot tub was a nice addition. One of the beds was not in great shape but besides that it was a excellent stay. Definitely would go back.

The location was amazing, the house had a great view and beach access. The layout was good but the house needed some maintenance and updating. The lower bedroom had the worst mattress I couldn't sleep in that bedroom. There was only one outdoor light and it was broken. It was dangerous to walk down the stairs at night. The amount of money I spent you would think everything would be perfect. It wasnt the case.The host contact was good.

Everything was good.

Everything was great and well equipped. The house listing was totally accurate. The only cleanliness issues that we found were some water bottles in cans around the hot tub on the ground from a previous guest and the area underneath the couch when it was scooted around a little bit.We would definitely stay here again!

The size of the house was great to fit our large family, the house is a fun maze of finding rooms, the location and view were beautiful. The kitchen was very out dated and cupboards were falling off, the refrigerator drawers were broken. Fireplace in bedroom didn’t work. Lock on hot tube was rusted and broken, the house smelled old. Beds need updated. A few updates would make this an amazing location.

We really enjoyed this house and the many sleeping arrangements it offers, so many beds! It felt clean and the kitchen was reasonably appointed.

We had 4 generations stay at this home and it was perfect! There was room for everyone…will definitely come back

This house was just perfect for our family get together. We had 8 adults and 6 children and the house could have easily accommodated more, we were very pleased with the entire experience. The beach views are amazing the kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to cook all of our meals, we never left the house! We literally have no complaints about the house, it was exactly as it was billed, this made our stay in Lincoln City almost perfect. ( the only minus was the wind and cold on the beach and that was hardly the houses fault lol). The hot tub was an awesome place to get out of the chill of the beach. Everything worked and overall we could not be more pleased with our stay.

Very comfortable, love the house. Only thing we saw was that the pool table room one closet door was fallen against the pool table

The house is nice for the age of it. There are an amazing amount of rooms and beds for the size of the house. 2 of the amenities were a big disappointment the gas fire place didn’t work correctly and the hot tub did not work the whole time we were there repair man said the pump was likely burned out.

They house was a wonderful location but very over rated the dishes were in the dishwasher, the dirty towels were in the washer not washed, sand on floor in almost every room, the rec room was awful cans, food on floor and couch also contact lenses stuck to the rail of bunkbed

Great space for multi generation family group, lots of room and space to stretch out. Perfect beach front location but stairs might be a bit difficult for anyone with mobility issues. Missing some basic essential / utensils in the kitchen but house and spa were both clean. Communication with agency and check in/out straightforward.

Beautiful home with easy beach access. Would definitely stay again.
