Enjoy the View in the Journey House

We stayed at Journey House over an extended weekend. The property had fantastic views and was just as advertised. If (when) we return we will look to book again.

A great place to stay. Close to activities but far enough away to get away. Great mountain views!

Went for a girls trip to Brevard and some hiking. We all loved this house! The view from the deck was amazing and so peaceful. Comfortable rocking chairs too. The house had everything we needed! All the cabinets were labeled! There were throw blankets, hooks on walls and even a white noise machine in every room. It ‘s a short drive to town and waterfall hikes. I will definitely stay there again!

We loved Journey house! First the view from the deck was awesome! There are comfortable rocking chairs on the deck to enjoy the view. The house is close to town. It was well stocked. The cabinets are labeled! The owners went above and beyond to make sure guests have everything they need! There were even white noise machines in every bedroom, throw blankets, Convenient hooks on walls, and much more! I will stay here again in the future!

Great view from the patio! Many beautiful hikes and waterfalls within 25 minutes of the house while also being very close enough to Brevard to have UberEats options if ya get too worn out to go back out to pickup dinner

This was our second stay at Journey House and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home is very clean and comfortable. It has everything we needed. Great views and a great location. Great communication from the property management. We'll be back next year!

This beautiful home has a gorgeous view from expansive deck! The kitchen was very well stocked with quality appliances and cookware. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and the downstairs room was great for out tweens!

I have never seen a pantry just filled with goodies. The view was spectacular. The house was super clean and the property manager extremely responsive. Would love to stay here again.

The journey house was great. The view was beautiful. We loved spending time on the deck in the rocking chairs. The house was big and roomy. The beds were comfortable. We usually have to pad the mattresses with blankets, but these beds were perfect. The house was extremely well stocked. We have never been to one that was this well stocked. Our granddaughter was there. The house had a booster seat, kid dishes, and blocks. We will definitely return again.

The Journey House is a terrific rental! The location can't be beat for all of the activities in and around Brevard. The views from this house are AMAZING! The house is well laid out and there is a lot of space to relax or to spend time together. The beds are soft, but supportive. The kitchen was well euipped, and the labels on the cabinets make it easy to find whatever you need. Finally, Journey House has a large, semi-circular driveway that is easy to get in and out of. There is also a sizeable carport attached to the house that you will be grateful for on those rainy days in Brevard. The check in and check out procedures were easy. Thanks, White Squirrel Realty!

Very comfortable and clean. Kitchen is a bit small, but very well-equipped. The mountain views, especially at sunset and sunrise, were really beautiful. Management was very responsive about replacing some lightbulbs for us. We've been renting houses for family Thanksgivings in Western North Carolina for several years and this was our favorite.

We stayed here for a family Thanksgiving get together. The view of the mountains from the living and deck were beautiful, especially at sunset and sunrise. The kitchen is somewhat small, but very well-equipped and it was big enough to prepare the family Thanksgiving dinner. Very clean and comfortable house. Management was very responsive when I sent a message about some burned out lightbulbs one evening and had them replaced the next day. The road up to the house is a bit steep, but the location makes it very easy to get into Brevard. Definitely would stay here again.

This my fourth year staying at the Journey house! It is a beautiful well maintained home! The house has everything you could possibly need during your stay! The view is probably one of the best in Brevard! I absolutely love this home!

Our family had a really lovely time staying here. We went on long local hikes which even out for year old enjoyed and then came back and read books, did puzzles and rested. The view was lovely, one morning we saw deer in the yard. The house had everything we needed and we all agreed we would need to return!
