Stayed Aug 8, 2024Nice place . Clean, everything works. Well equipped kitchen. Nice front porch. Good Internet. TV worked well. Had to replace batteries in remote. Nice showers. Dishwasher was a welcome addition! Four blocks to the beach, easy walk. Owner was responsive. Great stay!

Stayed May 30, 2024Home comfortably accommodated a family of 6 in town for MCRD Graduation. Away from hustle & bustle but still close enough to stores, restaurants, bay, ocean, and Sea World. A big bonus was having our own driveway to park in otherwise we would have had a hard time finding street parking. No issue from neighbors. Host answered any questions we had promptly. The house is due for some TLC, but we still enjoyed our stay.

Stayed Oct 21, 2022Well located in Pacific Beach; not an issue owner can solve, but be aware that residents behind the unit are young and not very considerate regarding noise late at night. Sofa bed in living room is not very comfortable, but functional.

Stayed Dec 23, 2021The location is super-super great, but the house and everything inside it are too old. The most confusing thing was the only heater for the whole house in the living room... the bedrooms don't have heaters, but blankets were very warm!
