Home was clean. Well laid out. Enjoyed our stay.
Great location and ocean views.
Clean, plenty of room for 7 of us. Somewhat dated but everything worked and was clean. Only 6 chairs for the dining table. Two bedrooms downstairs a bit musky but dehumidifier helped.
Excellent location, ocean views fill the 2 large living room windows. Very clean. Liked the layout of the house with 2 BR/1B first floor and 2BR/2B on top floor (with one bath being on suite for our mother) was perfect for our family. Older house but well maintained.
The view was amazing from this house. The bedrooms were comfortable and it slept our large family easily. The 3 bathrooms were nice. The kitchen is very dated. We used it a lot and appliances worked, but noticeably older than the other parts of the house.
Location location location, this house has it! So nice being able to look out and see Face Rock and all the other rock formations on beautiful Bandon beach. We stayed with one other couple so only used the two bedrooms upstairs but there are two more downstairs with another bathroom so definitely can accommodate larger groups. Had everything we needed in the kitchen and there are also games available if you forget yours. It is an older home but very comfortable for hanging out. Close to old town Bandon which we rode our bikes to and access to the long stretch of beach are a short walk to the right or left and down the stairs. We will definitely be staying at Tidal Links again.
The house was setup well for our group of nine. It was nice have three full bathrooms. The view is beautiful and the walk to the beach is not too far. Overall, a very nice property. The only annoying thing is being offered a late checkout for a charge when already paying for “full days” with a 4 p.m. check in and 10 a.m. checkout.
Clean and great views of ocean and animals. Had enough room for all our family. Recommend it to anyone.
Great place to get away!
Great spot and spacious home. Worked very well to have two separate spaces with kids. Views were nice, but we did have to wash front windows to see better.
recently had the pleasure of staying at the stunning beach house property, and I must say, it was an absolute dream come true. From the moment i arrived, I was captivated by the sheer beauty and tranquility of this breathtaking coastal retreat. First and foremost, the location is simply unbeatable. Nestled right on the pristine shores of Bandon, the beach house offers unparalleled views of the sparkling turquoise waters and powdery white sand. Waking up to the gentle sound of waves crashing and witnessing unforgettable sunsets from the comfort of the private patio was an experience that will stay with me forever. The attention to detail and thoughtful design of the beach house truly sets it apart. Every aspect of the property has been meticulously curated to create an inviting and luxurious ambiance. The interior decor perfectly captures the essence of coastal living, combining elegance with a relaxed beachy vibe. The open-concept layout, high ceilings, and large windows allow for an abundance of natural light, making the entire space feel bright and airy. The amenities provided were exceptional. The fully equipped kitchen made cooking a pleasure, and the spacious dining area was perfect for enjoying meals with family and friends. The comfortable bedrooms with plush bedding ensured a restful night's sleep, and the modern bathrooms provided a spa-like experience. The private outdoor area, complete with a barbecue grill, lounge chairs, and a mesmerizing view, was ideal
We enjoyed the place as far as the great view, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was very usable. The upstairs and downstairs living spaces are nice for groups who would like 2 separate spaces to hang out. We were disappointed that the large telescope that was in the pictures of the property was not functional, so to me that was almost false advertising. Also, the upstairs main bathroom that would be used by everyone does not stay closed. This was the most annoying, especially when it is right near the main area where everyone assembles. I had seen this in a review, but figured it would have been fixed. Also, the window screen in the west King bedroom upstairs flops in the wind, which woke us up several times. We would be happy to stay here again if those things were fixed.
The view was great, but the smell downstairs was not bearable if you needed to sleep in one of the rooms. Upstairs was nice.
View of the ocean beach, from the very large living windows, was amazing after we hosed off the windows. The pantry was full of various cooking/baking additions. Older cook wear. Large table for family meals. Easy front door entrance/exit. Carpet/rugs good, but found it had not been vacuumed. Easy access to garage for dogs and two cars. Widows easy to open, but many screens were very worn and about to fall out.
Positives - Eight family members and one dog, loved staying here for a family vacation. It is cozy, clean and spacious. We felt really at home. The beds were very comfortable. The location is perfect. We will return! Negatives - The master bathroom light would randomly turn off and on. The hallway bathroom door does not latch to stay closed. The kitchen towels are very stained and need to be replaced.
Disrepair, pet stains, terrible beds (and bedding), etc., I would not recommend this property unless all you care about is a view. Not even close to being worth the price.
Nice 5 days - so relaxing and such a great place. Wish the sun was out a bit more but we had a great time.
The house was perfect for our family. Everyone was comfortable and we enjoyed staying in this home. The ocean views from the living room were amazing. We highly recommend this home and the location was great!
Great location with breathtaking views. The shrubs out front need to be pruned down a little in order to not block our view while sitting in the main room. Also the outdoor sunroom both inside and out needs the vegetation pruned, It needs a good landscaper. We also had several spiderwebs with daddy long legs in them throughout the house, it could use a visit from the pest control. Because the house allows pets, we had pet hair on our clothes every time we sat on the furniture and the house had stains in the carpet which resembled pet urine. The downstairs heaters did not work and it was really cold down there. They did provide tiny space heaters but they did not heat the rooms. I am not really trying to complain but rather add some suggestions to the homeowner to consider. Overall it was a wonderful place not super fancy but really cozy and nice. I would definitely recommend this beach home and I hope to return to it some day.
Great experience
The good: Totally fantastic location and we loved the windows facing the ocean. The view is even better than the listing's pictures. The nteresting: The layout is very strange. The bedrooms could really use blackout or room darkening curtains over the really nice but not light-filtering shades. The bad: The musty smell of the house was really overwhelming--we all stayed upstairs where it was bothersome, but if anyone needs to use the downstairs accommodations, beware. The smell will make them unliveable. Also, mostof the pans in the kitchen have chipped non-stick coating.
Awesome!
