The home was very conveniently located for Gettysburg historical sites, shops, restaurants, just about anything connected to a stay in Gettysburg. Everything was clean, well maintained, and functional. Laundry facilities were available, and were used. The kitchen is well equipped. Parking is convenient, and communication with the host is easy and timely.

Loved this place. Perfect accommodation for my two young sons and I so we could see the battlefield and walk into the town to get food/ice cream.

Our check in/check out process was so easy. We really enjoyed the convenience of walking to and from Lincoln Square. The home is very clean and everything was as described. Parking is easy. If you are a light sleeper, this place is not for you. The traffic noise is considerable due to being so close to the road.We would definitely stay here again!

My family loved staying in this period home. It fit our needs perfectly for 6 adults and 2 dogs. The location was close to the center of town and Gettysburg. It was easy to walk to town and enjoy the shops, ghost tours and restaurants! We had a fabulous experience!

Short mini-vacation to tour Gettysburg. This house was spacious, accommodated our large dog and had 2 full bathrooms which is always helpful with multiple adults. Great location-convenient to everything & the house was exceptionally clean.

We stopped for 2 days in Gettysburg on our way to Tioga for some time with her son before he leaves for college. Had a great day of touring. Love the house, so we could all spread out. I'm in grad school and needed a place to study. Cindy was awesome to work with. Very responsive, especially when my reservation disappeared from my VRBO account. Shout out for the awesome coffee supply! We added an extra night to take it easy on traveling and it was a good thing because our son got sick and we had to take him to the ER. He's okay. I share this info because should you need medical attention, the Urgent Care and ER staff were amazing and helpful.

The owners were on top of communication and we were able to get into the home early. Was very convenient to downtown and the off street parking was a definite plus.

Here for a dog show at the Eisenhower event. Convenient location, grass to walk the dogs, laminate floors, plenty of room etc. I would have given five stars except for the road noise at night. But after the first night we all got used to it and probably would not have noticed if we used the back bedroom.

Property was clean and well equipped. Host responded quickly to inquiries, and proactively offered an option to check in early. There was more than adequate parking available.

Two of my sons joined me for their first trip to Gettysburg and the battlefield that surrounds it. That portion of the experience aside we had a very easy and joyful experience with this property. It is a wonderful base for launching Many Adventures into and around this town. I think a 10 minute walk to Town Center might be overstating it. I feel like it was more like 5 minutes. Having said that you can do anything and Gettysburg proper including walking to the National Cemetery, very easily from this jumping off point. The house itself is very clean very welcoming very comfortable. The host was extremely easy to communicate with and responds faster than in a timely manner. Her candy shop is also very nostalgic. My 16 year old and 18 year old wanted to go each day we were in town. Absolutely will bring my family back here again.

Cindy was so quick in responding, my questions were answered very fast. The place was clean and the location was convenient to everything.

This house is in a great location to get to downtown Gettysburg. The hosts were prompt in the process from day one until we checked out. The house was clean and comfortable for our four adults. It was nice to have parking right behind the house. Thank you.

5 adults stayed at the property from Monday-Saturday of Thanksgiving week. It was spacious with plenty of room to spread out. Walking to town took about 5 minutes.

property was excellent and exactly what we needed for Remembrance day weekend

Overnight stay with another couple. Very close to downtown area with many restaurants within walking distance. Unit was in very nice shape. Kitchen was well stocked. Downstairs shower has a very low shower head. My wife and I slept in the front bedroom where traffic was a little noisy (right on York St.). 1 point off as we ran out of toilet paper just before leaving and there was no extra rolls (at least where we looked). Host was quick to respond to all communication and apologized due to a new cleaner. Other than that, the unit was very clean and comfortable.

This home was very comfortable. All was good. The location was ideal...... close to so many sightseeing pleasures. Great VRBO rental!

We were here to explore Gettysburg and this was a great place for that! There were so many places that we could walk to from this location. We were impressed by how clean everything was and how nicely they use some antique pieces of furniture while keeping the place also updated and comfy. The beds were very comfortable also. Cindy was very responsive to every question and the check-in and check-out process were easy. We were very satisfied!

We had a great stay overall. Easy to find and check-in. We even visited the candy store! Location was great and the kitchen had everything we needed. In addition we appreciated the games - our family enjoyed several games of Chinese Checkers. Our only complaint was the carpet was really dirty. I think it needs to be replaced.

Our family was in Gettysburg for one night and this property worked out for us and was best value. It was super close to town and easy to get to. The home was well stocked with books and games and had lots of amenities for our use. Cindy was kind to allow us to drop off some of our stuff to keep cool. The only downfalls were the road noise (we’re light sleepers) as we heard lots of trucks and a train horn. And the lights came in easily through the bedroom blinds. Otherwise, we had a nice experience for the night and even did some laundry which was well stocked with detergent and softener.
