Stayed Jan 7, 2025Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay as it had everything we wanted very relaxing and comfortable, close to all amenities, we had a great time would recommend it to others and would like to come again for a longer stay the staff very friendly and helpful.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was clean and tidy and is in a good location. The house and backyard need a money spending on it. The biggest problem was we a discovered the sewerage line was blocked and the effluent had backed up and was overflowing into the backyard up against the house. There was a small gas leak in the kitchen from the stove.i spoke to the rental agency about moving into another property and they didn't have anything that suited. We ended up getting a room at the motel in town. Overall we were very disappointed

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property was in its original 1970's condition. Yes the TV was modern, but there was only one - for up to 10 people? Paynesville and not on the water, could have been in the suburbs.
