It is a short drive to St. Pete, Tampa Bay and Sarasota area attractions, restaurants and shopping.

The backyard is a tropical oasis with beautiful palm trees and a heated, outdoor pool.> (Additional charge to heat the pool is $150 a week.) A pleasant place everyone can enjoy, fully fenced, private and pet friendlylarge dogs welcome. (Pets must be pre-approved, $200 pet fee applies.) Both sunny and shaded areas make this an excellent space for grilling, family games or relaxing with a book.

The house includes a comfortable family room and an updated galley kitchen fully equipped with everything you need for cooking. Split floor plan bedrooms include a king bed in the master bedroom with an attached bathroom and walk-in shower. 2nd guest room has a Queen size bed and a twin trundle bed. 3rd bedroom has a Queen size bed. Large hall bathroom has a bathtub/shower.

Rest assured this property has been fully cleaned and sanitized after each stay. Both the pool and backyard are cleaned on a weekly basis and this will require access to the backyard during your stay. Housekeeping can be added for an additional fee during your vacation, please make arrangements with the host prior to booking your stay.

Wanting to stay longer Extended stays (longer than 14 days) are welcome, please contact the host for current availability.

Prices shown are based on 4 person occupancy. Additional persons staying in the unit for a period of longer than 5 days may be considered additional occupants and subject to additional rental fees being charged and/or application and approval process if the community is governed by association rules and regulations. The rental Host must be advised of all additional occupants and dates they will be in the unit. Pets must be approved with Host.
