Stayed Jul 3, 2025Property was clean and spacious. Rental management very informative, friendly and answered all questions promptly. We had a wonderful stay. Pool area was clean and we enjoyed. Home has beach towels and plenty of linens. Washer dryer easy to navigate. All appliances worked well. HVAC WORKED WELL. I would recommend bring your own trash bags, paper towels, only one was provided. My favorite spot was morning lounge on the balcony. Outdoor furniture was so cozy. Be prepared for multiple mosquitos at dusk on balconies and at front entrance. Kayaks at rental were a wonderful plus. We had multiple activities booked but but could have easily stayed at the property for lots of relaxation and fun. Stocked cards were a great evening activity for our family. Parking for one vehicle at home entrance and need to plan on parking other vehicles outside close by gate entrance. Quiet other than construction and lawn care at adjoining properties. But only heard outside.
