Stayed Aug 14, 2025This home is a beautiful place to stay with bedrooms on the 3rd and 1st floors allowing for privacy and peacefulness. Most anything you’d want to do are minutes away…shopping, restaurants, beach , water parks etc. We had a blast and with any luck we’ll be there again next season. Thank you.

Stayed Jul 12, 2025The house was everything we were looking for and more. The owner was fantastic with communication, very quick to respond to questions or concerns. It really was perfect for our family of 6. There was space to hang out together and room to move for the kids to spread out if needed. Very convenient to shopping and groceries, or restaurants, and entertainment. Although route 1 gets busy, we never had too much congestion between the house and the beach or boardwalk. Convenient to Dewey beach, Rehoboth, not far from Bethany, or Henlopen state park. Wish we were still there!

Stayed Aug 18, 2024We visited with our kids and in-laws. It was a great townhouse, with plenty of space for our group. Lots of food options close by. Quick drive to the beach.

Stayed Aug 5, 2024This house is beautiful, comfortable, and well stocked! Many places we have stayed in the past were bare bones in the kitchen, but these hosts have put a lot of thought into the items that they have in their home. The house is spacious and comfortable, walking distance to the pool included in the stay, and also a close drive to the beach and other amenities! The host was very prompt and pleasant with our communication, too! One small thing that could be improved is that the beds were on the harder side, but it would not deter me from booking this place again in the future!

Stayed Aug 12, 2024So my wife actually booked the house and we NEVER did anything other than a hotel/motel. I was skeptical but we all loved it. The house was beautiful and immaculate and fully stocked. It was only a 10 minute ride to the beach/boardwalk and pool was nice. While we didn’t speak personally to the owners they were readily available via email. Would we do it again and at their house? Absolutely!.
