Great location, the host is very kind and welcoming.

Declan was a super communicator. He responded very quickly to us as needed. The place was super clean. We appreciated the location and the jacuzzi!

What a beautiful and nice big home with all the amenities and more that you could need while staying at Joshua tree.

The property was great and perfect for our relaxing family getaway. The whole property, pool and hot tub are well maintained and Declan was great with any communication needed.

Another great family get away! Time to swim, time to play cards, do jigsaw puzzles (watch out for pesky missing pieces!) and watch fave TV shows when exhausted. Large modern kitchen - even a blender for smoothies. Fantastic view over to Coyote Hole - easy hiking path from the front door. Too hot to visit the Park this time, but the Park Center at the bottom of the road is v. informative. Great Farmers Mkt on Saturday mornings. Thanks Declan - fingers crossed for 2026!

This trip was a home coming to see family and friends. It was perfect to take in the desert feel I've missed so much. Plenty of space to hang out and connect. Declan our host was very nice and easy to talk to. Will definitely stay here on my next trip back to JT!

From the beginning, the host was easy to get ahold of and very helpful. The house was well stocked, great for the family. We would definitely stay at the property again and would recommend to others!

Loved the house location in Joshua Tree. House was in need of some deep cleaning. Floors and furniture were quite dusty. Upholstery on furniture was stained. Ammenities in the kitchen where sparce. The pans and dishes were well worn. The silverware was mismatched and not enough for the amount of guests the house was advertised to accomodate. Closet cabnets were stuffed with unfolded laundry. The pool was the reason for booking this property and it was clean. Pool could use some umbrellas since we were instructed not to use sunscreen in the pool. There was a nice outdoor table and chairs with an umbrella but there were no cushions provided for the outdoor furniture. Sorry for the sad review. Hope you can make some changes to the property because it has great potential.

Had a great time with friends and family. The house is really spacious, the pool was great and a beautiful view of the mountains. Good vibes all around. :)

This beautiful property was just what we all were looking for. Great for large party bookings. Location was perfect.

The home's location near the NP entrance is phenomenal. The water is nice and hot and the water pressure amazing! It's great to have a washer & dryer to rinse our swimsuits. The towels (bath and pool) are nearly new or gently used (not old and yucky). There's plenty of counter space in the bathrooms. There's a great assortment of kitchen utensils. The cactus margarita glasses are so cute! Communication with the host is wonderful. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. It was great to have a functioning bathtub to bathe littles. Overall, a good, functioning home that met all our needs.

Our family of eight came and there was ample room in the home for us to all sleep, eat together, relax… Kitchen was well apportioned for us to cook our own meals while there. We’d definitely rebook again when we return to JTNP!

My friends and I loved Declan’s place! Any time we needed anything we would promptly respond. He made sure everything was perfect and we really appreciate that. The house it’s in a really nice location and is comfortable for a big group of people.

Great location close to West entrance of JTNP, house clean and well suited to our needs. Only complaint is our checkout time was supposed to be 11 but the cleaning people showed up at 9. They said the owner told them we would be out by 9 but that had never been communicated to us. Luckily we were heading out at that time anyhow so it wasn’t an idlsdue.
