Stayed Mar 27, 2026The pool was nice except I had to call the host the first day of arrival to let her know the water level was at the edge of the skimmer. I was advised to put water in the pool by the hose that was already in the pool. This made the pool cold. Then 3 days later the pool man came and he then put more water in the pool. We were advised by the pool man not to go into the pool for 3 hours since he had to add chemicals. I called host to see if heater could be used. She advised she had to call owner. A return call was never received.

Stayed Apr 14, 2024We were so very pleased with the property. It was so nice and very clean. It is a little farther from the beach than we normally stay but the neighborhood was nice and quiet. I really loved that. My only issue was the ice maker was not working so we had to buy ice a few times to keep up with the demand of four people. Overall I would definitely stay at this property again.

Stayed Mar 2, 2024Property was mostly clean and ready to go. All the amenities necessary. Was nice to have heated pool. This was nearby some family members so very convenient. Beds were very uncomfortable but still slept!

Stayed Feb 15, 2024We made a quick trip and stayed in this home for 4 days. Home is very nice, clean, spacious. Location was great...away from the noise in a quiet neighborhood, with short driving distance to everything you need. Would stay there again.

Stayed Aug 3, 2023We decided to take a quick trip to SW Florida before school started, I traveled with my youngest two children. We love Manasota Key Beaches and this house was in a great area for us to gain easy access to the beach. It is a quick drive to and from the beach, Walmart, grocery stores, and restaurants. The house is very clean and has a lot of extras for the beach and family fun. The pool area is amazing and we enjoyed a lot of downtime swimming and relaxing. We would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend this house if you are in the area.

Stayed Oct 21, 2022The home is as described. The owner was up front before booking about the new construction of the pool. That was not an issue for us we were there working long days. The owner always informed us in advance when the contractors would be there working on the pool. I would rent again if in the area.
