Endearing Lakeside Private Retreat

Wonderful home for our family Christmas. Excellently outfitted. Extra linens, extra pillows, well equipped kitchen. There were games and a puzzle available. Well equipped for children offering a booster seat and toddler utensils.Host quickly responded to messages.

We loved this place and hope to come back. Super clean, nicely decorated, well equipped. Communication was easy.

A family from Germany, including two teenagers, came to visit me. We spent four days in Hendersonville before coming back to my home in Monroe, NC. The layout worked really well, especially having a bathroom for each of the three bedrooms with an extra bathroom near the laundry room. The indoor and outdoor living spaces were nice and big with plenty of tables and seating. We ate out on the screen porch one morning and played games there in the evening. The beds were comfortable, and the location of the bedrooms, made it easy for the early risers to get up and have coffee without disturbing the late sleepers.We spent one day walking around downtown Hendersonville and another day hiking to waterfalls at Dupont State Forest. The property was located well for both.

We really enjoyed our stay. House was very nice we really enjoyed the screened in porch. Easy to get to and not far from Hendersonville

Wonderful rambling cottage. Screened porch is awesome. Very clean. Kitchen set up great. So nice having many bathrooms!

We really enjoyed. The only problem we had is 9 adults. One couple then got a hotel. We loved the house!! Power went out the last day but it was all good,

We loved this place! Beautifully decorated, top-tier amenities, close to town, and fabulous indoor fireplace and outdoor firepit. Rooms were spacious, and several gathering areas. View incredible. Jessica the house manager communicated throughout the reservation process, and she answered any questions within minutes. We will definitely stay again!

Very clean, nice view. One of the most well-appointed houses I have stayed in. Shampoos, great towels, nice bedding, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, good tv and lots of channels. Very enjoyable. Jessica, the property manager was excellent, even bringing us extra candles when Hurricane Helene was approaching.

I have to say, our stay at Endearing Lakeside was better than we hoped for. The owner thought of everything,from well stocked kitchen with just about every pan, gadget, and platters, to coffee ready for brewing. The accomodations were well appointed with comfortable beds and lots of room for relaxing. The location was just minutes from downtown and all your dining and grocery store needs. The location was close to a nice lake where we enjoyed our walks in the morning. The communication with the property team was great, and in a timely manner. We will definitley stay here again and looking to book for the fall season.

This is such a charming house in a great town! We came up from Atlanta and stayed overnight ahead of dropping our son at camp early the next morning. Our boys especially loved playing baseball in the yard! The screened porch is so nice, as are all of the bedrooms! The house has so much space and we will definitely be back when we can stay longer.

Our stay was excellent! The house has many charming farmhouse touches and is very well equipped to accommodate a group. We stayed for a girls trip. We enjoyed the sunroom for both dinning and afternoon chats with a great view. The kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked. The home is located within driving distance from many great activities both in Asheville and its surrounding cities. We spent time in Saluda, Hendersonville, and Chimney Rock State Park. Although we did not have children on this trip, the home is well equipped to support families with children with small touches such as games, a kid sized picnic table on the porch, and a sound machine in the kids bedroom. Overall, this is a home I would rent again!

We had a great stay at this property. The house is beyond well equipped. The location is perfect , beautiful views, conveniently located for daily trips. Walking distance to lake and more. Very quiet . Just perfect!
