Great vacation clean home

It is very clean and tidy. The home is very comfortable, updated, the best part was the outdoor shower. We would love to come again. Enjoy!

Home was perfect for our family on 4 plus a set of Grandparents. Everything was neat and clean, kitchen was well stocked and bedrooms bathrooms were perfect size/layout. Would definitely recommend. Community was quiet but close enough to Bethany. Trolly was nice but was a long ride at times. Took our bikes and we were in Bethany in less than 10 minutes.

Our family and parents had a great time in the house. Perfect for 4 adults and 2 kids (11 14). Community was quiet with pool. House was clean, linens/towels provided, plenty of dishes and bakewares. Trolly was nice but could be a long ride at times. So close to the beach you could ride your bikes or pay to park. House exceed expectations. Would stay again.

Well located

The only concern we has was that there was no curtains on the back porch windows. Someone could easily look in, even at night

Fantastic location within walking distance of boardwalk. Very clean comfortable place. Updated with private screened porch. Nice beds and great choice of streaming services. Will be back.

The house was very nice loved the decorations. Not sure if its just because we stayed a weekend but didn’t feel the house was well equipped with kitchen/bathroom essentials. I didn't think to ask if essentials such as toilet paper, hand soap, trash bags were provided. I was not prepared and had to go out and purchase them. Extra towels would have been nice to have as well. Location of the house is good. The stop to take the trolly to downtown beach area is really close to the house. Overall great rental. I would stay again. Definitely would recommend!

We loved our trip to Bethany beach and this condo was perfect for our family. Comfortable and nicely equipped with everything we needed. Enough space for everyone and the dog, and access to the community pool was such a bonus. We loved riding bikes to the beach and exploring all that the area has to offer!

Everything was dirty cigarette ashes everywhere. Ac didn’t go below 75 our entire stay. Tried to reach out to management company got brushed off to the next guy had to send photos 3 times of dirty stuff and never remedied the ac issue. Overall terrible stay would not recommend

Super nice, great distance of the beach

This was a great little house to stay in for a week. They were dog friendly and our dog felt right at home. It’s a short distance to a lot of markets and restaurants, and not far from the beach. The rooms were spacious and had extra blankets. We would definitely stay here again.
