Enchanting Family House w/ Balcony < 3 Mi to WVU!

Clean space and easy quick communication with host

Very cute, clean house. It’s up a series of hills and tucked in the back of a series of new developments/apartments, but it’s private and quiet. It’s truly a historic home that was probably in the middle of the woods way back when before newer housing popped up. Don’t let the driving entrance spook you. Once inside, it’s very charming.The kitchen is the most fully stocked vacation rental kitchen I’ve ever seen. The beds were comfortable and we loved that there were lots of board games on the bookshelf. There’s also really interesting historical items from the family that originally lived there. This made the house very unique. Great house for families visiting students @ WVU or attending a game. We’ll definitely stay here again the next time we come to Morgantown.

Absolutely loved this cute and cozy home. The structure of this house was so neat. It was very clean, organzied, and had plenty of books and games for my children. Also, there was an abundance of blankets which in my opinion is very considerate I have no complaints about my stay here.

Great stay in WV. Residence is cozy and clean. We stayed for 2 nights with 2 adults and 2 children. There was more than enough room for all of us. Owners was super responsive and accomidating when contacted. Only issue for some would be getting to and from house in a weather event. An AWD vehicle is required in the winter months.

This place surpassed all expectations! It truly felt like home. It was clean, cozy, adorably decorated, warm, safe and just amazing! Thank you so much. Our weekend was perfect!

Cute house in a quiet neighborhood. Very clean on the inside. We were active all weekend, so truly appreciated the showers. The front porch was great for my morning coffee!

Sweet and quaint accommodations! Well equipped kitchen and plenty of games and area brochures available. Only downside--uncomfortable beds, otherwise nice for our family of four!!

We were in town for GeoWoodstock and this house was great for us. Good location for the events we were attending. Very comfortable and excellently clean. We only had one owner contact when we managed to lock ourselves out, everything was solved with a quick phone call. The streets around the house are pretty challenging for drivers from flat country, but that's true for all of West Virginia. We can definitely recommend this location.

This is a beautiful location with flowers to make it peaceful even though you are in the city. It is difficult to find as there are not street signs.We had a person in the hospital so we didn't get to enjoy the beauty but it was perfect for our needs.

We enjoyed our stay here; it was very clean and functional for our visit. All the items listed and supplied made it helpful for our meals. A little disappointed with the road conditions but that isn't the fault of the owner(s).

Loved the house, will definitely stay there again in warmer weather. We were there after snow in area and roads around house were ice covered and hard to navigate.

Pleasantly surprised! The house was spotless, plenty of towels, air conditioning worked well, and morning coffee on the back deck was relaxing (saw deer and turkeys). Would definitely stay there again.
