Exceptional property, no complaints.

The house was wonderful! Super clean and completely stocked with every essential you could ever need. This house is a great place for families or friends who want to spend time together, yet with some space apart too. The only downside to this property is the fact that two of the upstairs guests must go downstairs to use the bathroom. Something to keep in mind if stairs are a challenge. The upside is a bathroom with a lovely tub & shower. Nevertheless, this was a great house and we would stay again.

Absolutely wonderful! Great family vacation spot! Game room, cozy beds, and great amenities. Lake access and beautiful views !! We brought our boat and it couldn’t have been easier to dock and use boat lift. Everything was labeled making it easy to navigate the kitchen which was very well stocked. We cooked all our meals there and it was like being home! The screened porch meant absolutely NO flies, gnats or mosquitoes to worry about! Huge plus in my book! Neighbors were super friendly too! Great communication with property manager, we will be back! Highly recommend this gorgeous home!

This is an outstanding property! I have stayed in a number of different houses on Lake LBJ, and this house was perfect! The owners really thought of everything and it felt like home! Little touches like a separate ice maker, plenty of ‘starter items,’ comfortable seating in various spots - not to mention it really is on the best section of the lake! We have already booked another stay!

Top two floors are recently renovated and very nice including furniture, owner suite is first class. Bottom floor is a little dated but good condition and comfortable, having a second kitchen is handy. Full sized pool table and dart board is nice. The Weber gas grill is large size. Main floor kitchen is stocked and great for cooking, everything is labeled. All beds are comfortable and there are two AC zones which are quiet and cold. The lake and ranch views from the screened balcony are ridiculous, you don't need your blood pressure meds, lots of wild birds. Good star gazing from the dock. There is a boat launch in the subdivision. We didn't use the boat lift but the property is very well maintained. This one's at the top of our Texas hill country rental list, can't wait to come back.

Beautiful spacious home! Perfect place for our family with seven adults for a long getaway weekend on the lake! There’s plenty of room to spread out and do your own thing, both inside and out. We fished off the dock and floated on the lily pad,. We spent every night playing pool and darts down in the man cave. Everyone had a blast! We’d definitely stay here again!

What a fantastic house this was for our group of 4 adults and 6 kiddos (ages 15-4). Plenty of room for everybody. VERY CLEAN and ORGANIZED... They had everything you need. From the numerous coffee flavors, glasses, and insulated cups for any drink - to each shower having shampoo, conditioner, and body washes. You just need to pack your clothes. I've never stayed in a house so well stocked. Has a nice aesthetic throughout and relaxing - from the driveway to the dock. As a boat owner and lake house owner myself they had a great dock setup. With a Hydro lift for our boat (Tige 24') and hydro dock for the kayaks and a jet ski. The hydro lift was a game changer, providing an easy in and out for the whole group. The lily pad was really fun for the kids and the Adirondack chairs were perfect for parents to sit and watch. Those of you not familiar with this part of the lake will be pleasantly surprised by how calm and quiet it is on this end. The only sounds you hear early are the cows across the lake. It was a great experience and we hope to return in the future.

Wow, just wow!!!! The house was better than described and the host was equally as incredible! If you are looking for a waterfront get-away on the river this is definitely the place to book. Lots of space in 4 spacious bedrooms and several living areas. We enjoyed everything about the location and house! It has ALL the amenities you need whether you are eating out or preparing your meals there! We did some of both and it suited our needs very well. If you want to do the winery thing (which we did) we highly recommend Perissos Vineyard & Winery which is about a 5 minute drive from the house. The wines and food were both incredible. Back to the house and more specifically the host - I mentioned in passing to the host that it was our anniversary and when we arrived we were met with a beautifully decorated “anniversary” arrangement on the kitchen table accompanied by a card that was signed by the entire host team. It really made us feel special!! If you are traveling to the area you HAVE to book this house!!
