Enchanted Dunes 4 story, 7 bedrooms, and 7 private bath ocean front home

This property has an elevator that is useful for heavy items and elderly members of the family. It is small and will not move without someone inside, so you will only use it when you really need it. Ground floor has parking, elevator access, stair access, and an extra refrigerator. Floors 1-3 all have back decks with a direct view of the beach over the small dunes. Kitchen had 2 coffee pots and one Keurig. The 1st floor kitchen refrigerator includes a freezer drawer.

The home is beautiful and in the perfect location although it could use some TLC. The owner was responsive to the requests we made, upon arrival there were only 12 bath towels in the house. We had 23 guests after a call more towels were delivered the next afternoon. Beware- the beds listed as queen beds are actually full size beds. We had a great week and decided not to let the things that didn't work ruin our week!

Enchanted Dunes was clean and well stocked for our group of 20. We enjoyed our stay here. Quite a walk to get onto the beach but convenient enough. The property needs a little care in places. The closed off kitchen was a little inconvenient for our large group because we cook all of our meals. The grill was not in a covered area so we were unable to use it due to rain. Overall the property was very good. Very comfortable beds. Lots of good appliances, 2 dishwashers and a large Icemaker in the kitchen were great!

Kids enjoyed the pool since the ocean was still a little cool. Great beach view and how is very well maintained!

We stayed here with 21 family members. It had a moderately well stocked kitchen. The view of the beach was amazing. You walk down from the house deck to the boardwalk and walk past 3 or 4 lots/houses to the boardwalk that leads to the beach. The beach was amazing. There are few hoises around. The beach was not crowded. It was awesome to have each bedroom have a bathroom attached to it.

A great house for a large family. House can use some TLC…lots of cracked tiles and uneven floors. Some water damage coming in from sliding doors in kitchen. Kitchen could use more cookware.

We loved this property. It was the perfect set up for our 5 families. The property manager was very nice to work with. Some finishing touches and touch ups would make my rating 5 stars. We would definitely stay here again!

The property was great, as advertised. The elevator was nice for unpacking and packing but otherwise we did not use it much. Due to the elevator it does create a less open floor plan but for those with issues with stairs it’s a great option. It functioned properly during our stay.

Great views and nice cozy beachfront house

House served it's purpose for a large group, but .there were issues. For starters is the elevator. One of the members of our group has severe mobility issues. Only can navigate with the help of a walker or wheelchair, much less navigate stairs. The elevator did not work for the the first 24 hours. As my wife and I were hosting the trip, we had the master bedroom on the main floor, which we had to forfeit for the first night to accommodate the elevator issue. It was fixed the second day. This required a service call. Around the house lights did not work, bathroom fans did not work, the balcony for the master was structurally unsound, furniture was broken and patched with packing tape. After the first night all the beds had to be stripped and washed as they were full of sand. The kitchen sinks needs replacing, and the interior needs repainting. More to mention but you get the idea. But we were all together as family and that made the trip enjoyable. Stove, oven and refrigerators were great.
