Stayed Jan 8, 2026No doubt - this is the BEST VRBO I have ever stayed in! It is roomy, charming, and close to everything. All updated appliances and HVAC, BEAUTIFULLY furnished and so clean! Wonderful HOST and I just couldn't have asked for more, except to control the weather :) 10 stars from this visitor. So happy I found this place.

Stayed Sep 12, 2025Good location for LSU events. Home was fine but it was not very clean as we had to sweep floors and there were crumbs and dried food on the counter tops. Home seemed to be a work in progress and renovations were not completed. This would have been nice to know in the description.

Stayed Jan 27, 2024So glad we came across this little gem. We needed a place for 6 adults that was close to the river center for a Mardi Gras Ball. The house was beautiful, spacious, neat and very clean. The driveway can fit four full size vehicles. Elizabeth was great with communication. Thank you.

Stayed Jun 27, 2023Overall Impression when we first got there was good. It’s a nice, newly remodeled home in a decent area. That’s where the good stuff ends. We were here for a youth conference and there were 7 of us. Heat in Louisiana is terrible this time of year so we we’re taking showers twice a day. There were only 8 rags and about half that many towels, which meant we were washing a load of whites twice a day. The shower stopped draining on our third evening here. There were multiple house roaches that we killed throughout the house. Garbage disposal didn’t work, not to mention there were no trash bags left in the house to take the trash out, (I did reach out about trash bags, and two were left at our door.) I wish I could leave a better review, but the owner didn’t offer to comp us anything, we were told that she wished we had reached out about each individual thing, and she would’ve sent someone out. If I had done that someone would’ve been there fixing stuff every day. I hope the owner puts in the time and work to make this a better VRBO for the next guest.
