Stayed Mar 27, 2026Had a great time and the location is nicely located to Miami Beach. I would recommend having a set of beach chairs and an umbrella that could be used. A few more glasses, coffee cups and kitchen towels would be nice too. Overall, great place and would stay here again.

Stayed Feb 20, 2026This was our second stay at Emjay Villas. Great location. Short Walk to Miami Beach, Oistens, right on the ZR bus route. Very clean and spacious accommodations. We will be back

Stayed Jan 14, 2026Unfortunately we had a hiking accident and elected to return home to Canada for surgery at the end of our first week, having paid for a month. No refund was offered. The accommodations were okay, but the air conditioning was inadequate on the ground floor, with 2 noisy floor fans. Also there wasn’t really a view of the ocean. It is close to Miami Beach with great swimming.

Stayed Jan 16, 2025Our trip to Barbados was absolutely perfect. Communicating w host was 10/10, and the house was perfect for our needs. We really loved the extra bathrooms and outside shower, as well as the balcony over the master bedroom. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful space with us. We had such a fabulous time.

Stayed Mar 1, 2024The place was bright and spacious with all the amenities for a month-long stay. The outside space was great, with nice shade from the foliage. The location was great within a few minutes to the beach and 10 minutes to Oistins and the grocery store. We had a most enjoyable stay in Barbados and would highly recommend this place.

Stayed Jan 1, 2024Great location 20 min walk to Miami Beach local eateries, grocery store and bus service. We didn’t want to rent a car and found the bus service was great. Found a local named Malcolm Clark that took us on some amazing tours. Beds and furniture not super comfy but it is a rental. Hosts (Fiona and Hugo) and Manager (Eleanor) were great. Both dealt with a few small issues right away. Would definitely stay there again. John/Linda Harvey/Carol

Stayed Dec 26, 2023This was our first family vacation in years! Barbados was beautiful, excellent weather and amazing turquoise blue beaches. The property was exceptional in terms of size and space for my family. Beds were comfortable, excellent water pressure in the bath, furnishings just what we needed to have a great week. Our hosts were very friendly though we never met, they made contact before we arrived to ensure all was in place and kept in touch with us during and prior our departure. I would give this property an excellent rating only thing missing was a swimming pool for my water babies!!! But...Miami beach just a 3 minute walk was just as good!!
