Everything was perfect.Apartment in perfect condition.Fully equipped kitchen. Brand new washing and drying machines.Great location.Hosts were very responsive when requesting an additional day to our stay given the snow storm shutdown.Highly recommendable place.

Truly was a home away from home! I felt safe and it was a great location. The host was most receptive and returned responses promptly. Everything was as advertised - and all appliances were top notch and worked well. I stayed for several weeks and was comfortable. Bonus for me- I brought a bike and it was very easy to store on the back patio.

The home was very clean and well furnished. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need including coffee & filters. Great location, close to restaurants and shopping in DuPont circle. Having a full size washer/dryer was a plus!The hosts communications was above & beyond, she even sent me tips & links for sight seeing.

The apartment is very clean and in a nice neighborhood. Walking distance to restaurants. Homey feel and very comfy bed. The outer staircase is very narrow so bring your suitcases down after you. I had to leave early due to a family emergency so didn't get to enjoy my stay too much unfortunately. The only thing I didn't like was that the blinds need to stay shut due to the location. Clean, comfy, convenient, a good option for a DC visit.

The place was impeccably clean and as advertised. The extra towels and pack n play were much appreciated. The host was amazing at communication and gave thoughtful recommendations. The location felt safe and walkable to great food and less than 15 min walk to the metro.

It was my first time in DC as a tourist. Love this city and VRBO. Relatively close to the very easy to use metro. We bought a 7 day pass. Host was responsive. 2 blocks to a Whole Foods. 3 blocks to ice cream. We love the Pearl Dive 6 block walk. Great back outside back patio on this place. Awesome TV. Great bed. Awesome leather recliner. Host got back to us timely via the messaging app in VRBO though we had zero issues. Queen size bed and bedding were awesome. Lower unit 5 easy steps down. Temp and comfort was awesome just empty tge dehumidifier to keep the humidity down. Very easy to do. Safe walking at night.

The apartment is beautiful & within walking distance of the monuments, Smithsonian’s & White House. Amazing place to stay & explore DC!

My husband, son, and I had a very relaxing time in the apartment. Our host, Charlotte, was cheerful, kind, and accommodating. We would choose to stay here again if we get to come back to D.C. in the future. Highly recommend!

This basement apartment is in a lovely neighborhood. Everything you need is provided. The queen bed is very comfortable. Kitchen is well-appointed and stocked with coffee and tea. A Whole Foods is just around the corner. Note that access to all Metro lines is just over 1/2-mile from the apartment. Wear your comfortable shoes and you'll be fine.

We stayed for a month and it was perfect. Very well appointed apartment in a GREAT area. Close to everything and the host(s) were terrific. Thank you again!
