Elysee Retreat— Luxe, Professionally-Designed Home, Pool, Bikes, Gated

Beautiful and well appointed.

The house is big and spacious. The location was perfect for walking, biking, and getting around. The access to the beach was tricky for we had a small baby in a stroller and you had a steep descent and climb. The pool was perfect. It was enjoyable.

This house is stunning and was a very relaxing and peaceful environment for our family. The bedrooms are very nicely spaced for everyone to have their privacy. And having a private pool was delightful! My only concern would be attention to detail when it comes to cleaning and repairs. (Overall the home could have been cleaner, the door handles on the doors to the outside were falling off, and the furniture is pretty worn, one of the water heaters was broken a couple days we were there, and the rain came in the door in the kitchen and created a puddle) But not enough to keep us from coming back to this home. Overall I would still give it a 5 star rating. And hopefully these issues will be resolved soon!

Back yard pool is wonderful! Jets in pool are set like a lazy river ride. Kitchen is well stocked. The extra fridge really comes in handy. This house needs a deep cleaning and some paint. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the wood floor buckling in front of the refrigerator in the kitchen. Consequently, there was a parade of people coming through to observe and assess. On the one hand, kudos to property mgmt for being on top of the problem. On the other hand, it was a bit of a disruption, especially when we didn't know people were coming. More importantly, the location is ideal, the house is spacious and comfortable, the pool is perfect. My family had a wonderful experience.

The location was perfect- beach side of 30A, in a gated community, walk down street to private beach access, beach chair company at bottom of stairs. Minutes walk to downtown Rosemary for shops and restaurants. House was professionally decorated, very comfortable beds and furniture, living spaces large, kitchen appliances fully stocked... This house was large and plenty of room to sleep a large group. Property management was kind and immediately responsive to a couple of small requests. We’ll hopefully use this same house for our next trip. I highly recommend this property company, and this property.

Reviewer Comments: Location of Elysee retreat was excellent!Property had previous water damage where there was a significant odor upon arrival & during our stay! In addition while we were there we lost the pool for 2 days due to a mechanical issue, grill did not work and MB tub won’t not hold water! All were repaired promptly by management company!This should not occur if maintenance is occurring regularly especially for a house of this cost! Rent beach chairs, do not bring your own as you will not be able to use them during the day only at sunset snd sunrise before rental chairs are set up!In addition, I am still waiting to understand any restitution for the issues we experienced during our stay. Overall disappointed for the cost of the house rental!

It’s incredibly close to the beach and the private access is wonderful. This is also convenient for littles if they need to take bathroom breaks. It also comes with bikes and we rode bikes all around! It’s so close to everything. We loved the location of this home and couldn’t have been happier with the home, location, and service and communication from the agency.
