Holiday house for 10 people approx. 350 m from the valley station of the Hartkaiserbahn in Ellmau - you can drive to the valley station directly from the front door in good snow conditions.
The house has on the ground floor a bedroom (140 cm wide bed) with shower, refrigerator and washing facilities, a kitchen with a wood stove, a dining room, a storage room, a separate toilet, a sauna with a shower, a room with an engine and a ski crystal. Upstairs are a living room, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with tub, 2 shower rooms and a room with 2 single beds. The house has a garden.
Bed linen, WiFi, sledges, cots and highchairs are available. There is a kicker in the house. In summer, a table tennis table and a giant trampoline can be used. The house is operated with electric heaters.
A deposit of EUR 300.00 is payable on arrival, which will be refunded on departure if no damage to the house and furnishings has been caused.
Arrival can take place from 4 p.m. and departure can be before 10 a.m.
The house is optimally occupied by 8 people.

We were overall very happy with the property. I can imagine it is fantastic during the winter months. The cabin suited our needs for a large group well.

The location is good, next to the Hartkaiser lift and a 15 min. walk to the village centre. The house is very complete with many rooms, bathrooms, garage, sauna, kitchen equipment, garden and enough parking space. Also the owner of the house is very friendly and flexible. For everybody longer than 1.80m.; Please watch your head! From technical point of view the house needs in- and outside maintenance. On the other hand; Der Preis ist heiß!
