Ellicottville vacation home.

I recently stay there with three families and the property was great. Everything was extremely clean and well organized. The location is literally 5 minutes from Holiday valley. Cell service is a little sporty.... We actually had a better time without the phones and learning everyone's names again.. haha!

We enjoyed the large kitchen and living area with our kids.

Large Comfortable Kitchen

The house was just the right size for our group of five. About a five minute drive to Holiday Valley which was the main purpose of our visit. All of the beds were pretty comfortable although one bedroom has a foam mattress which takes some getting used to if you’re not used to it’s firmness. The decor is modern with a rustic twist. In order to get good cell service, you’ll need to be in the main family room. Overall, I’d recommend this property.

The home was spotlesslessly clean and comfortable for our families visit to Ellicottville. Less than five minutes from town. Kitchen had all the necessary supplies to comfortably dine at home.

Gorgeous house with great proximity to the slopes. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The house was perfect for a ski weekend with friends. The location just minutes from the slopes! The house was very clean and easily slept 8 people. We loved the open kitchen and living room.

This place had everything we were looking for in a house. Family had a wonderful time and very nice to come back to a place that has all the amenities. Very close to the resort and plenty of space in the house.

We stayed here with another family in late January. We loved the location. We enjoyed having some solitude in the woods, and also being less than a five minute drive from the slopes and downtown. The house feels like it's brand-new. It has a fully-stocked kitchen, and a warm and open floor plan. We had six adults and two infants, and it felt like we had plenty of room. Joe was very responsive, and even brought in a recliner to accommodate my mother-in-law. We will definitely be renting this house again.

This is a beautiful home with great views! A group of 10 of us stayed here comfortably, for a weekend of skiing and winter activities. The house is very close to Holiday Valley -- just a 6-7 minute drive. The house is extremely well stocked with linens, supplies, tissues, paper towels, and all essentials. The beds were very comfortable, everything was clean and brand new. The living room has a cozy gas fireplace with beautiful views of the woods. We enjoyed sitting around the large kitchen table for meals and playing games. We are definitely planning to return again!
