Stayed Mar 4, 2026Awesome spot with great hosts, located about a 10-minute drive from the base of Peak 8. We really appreciated the clear communication from the host leading up to the trip - they gave us a great idea of how the place was stocked so we could pack accordingly.The home is extremely well decorated and was very clean when we arrived. There are also lots of helpful notes and labels throughout the house, which made everything easy to find and use. Overall, it was a very comfortable and well-organized place to stay, and we’d definitely recommend it.

Stayed Feb 8, 2026This home was perfect for our large family! Spacious, comfortable, and welcoming, it had everything we needed to cook big meals, play games, and spend meaningful time together. The layout allowed the adults to visit while the kids had their own place to play, and the outdoor setting was absolutely beautiful - Mountain View’s, hot tub, play-set and sleds for kids, and we even saw a moose walk right through the yard! The location was ideal. We felt tucked away, surrounded by trees and wildlife, but only a few minutes to the gondola and all of the restaurants/shops.If you are looking for a place to reconnect as a family and slow down from the business of life, this is it. We made memories here that we will forever treasure.

Stayed Feb 15, 2026House is big and will accommodate many people. Host was great to work with. House had everything we needed. The home is a little farther from downtown Breckenridge than I expected. Definitely not walking distance. Overall a good place.

Stayed Dec 12, 2025The host was wonderful, and the house was absolutely amazing. It was beautifully decorated, and every room and bathroom had everything we needed, including a the kitchen which had everything you need to cook and some extra stuff in the pantry. There were plenty of games and even sleds in the garage, which made our stay even more fun. The house had lots of space, both indoors and outdoors. We stayed in the middle of December and had such a great time. All six rooms were cozy, spacious, and comfortable. I would 100% stay here again.
