This private preserve is ideally located just 6 minutes from grocery stores and less than 20 minutes to many of the world-famous Pikes Peak Region attractions, Pikes Peak, the Red Rocks, Cripple Creek Gold mining town, cave of the winds, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo and a thousand places to picnicand hike.

While experiencing the natural beauty of the Estate and wildlife you will also experience luxurious mountain living in a single level architectural home, completed in 2015 as a vacation oasis. Walls of glass never let you forget you are in the Rocky Mountains and the two-bedroom wings, each with a master suite and guest bedroom, offers multi-family, multi generation privacy to absorb the Colorado experience. Air-conditioning, a not common feature in the mountains, is special feature you will appreciate mid June to mid-August
