The location was perfect for the activities our family was there for. We are a fairly large family with 8 adults and 8 children. We had more than enough room for all. Very nice place.

It was a great amount of space.

This house was perfect for our family vacation. Everyone in our party was very pleased with the accommodations. Plenty of room and amenities. The 4 year old wanted to stay on vacation! FYI - the dryer did not dry very well (required 3 cycles to get things dry).Suggestion: It would be beneficial if the description clarified that one bedroom is a pass through bedroom. It worked well for the one family with children, but would have been nice to know when booking.

Absolutely lovely home.So many beds accommodated our friend group extremely well. Patio could have used a refreshing but Hot-Tub was wonderful.

The house was beautiful. The ladies downstairs were really cold at night. It was clean except the carpets were gross. Very dirty looking. The biggest negative for us were the stairs. The entire group were over 65 and the stairs were tough.

Enjoyed our stay, great location, loved the outdoor area, easy path to the community pool. Great layout for our number 11 adults.

House is very large and can accommodate large groups. The house was well stocked with paper products, soap, cleaning supplies, spices etc. Short walk to the swimming pool. The grandchildren enjoyed the hot tub. Very nice neighborhood. The lake view is just a sliver of the lake. There were instructions left on the refrigerator that the air conditioning could possibly freeze up in the house if we didn’t keep blinds closed which eliminated any view by keeping them closed. The air conditioning could not keep up in parts of the house. The cleanliness of the house was only good. The landscaping had weeds and vines growing through them and generally overgrown. The house is dated.

Lovely time with abundant space for all to enjoy! The pools were so fun for the kiddos!

We had 3 families stay in this charming home and it was perfect. Open concept with games and puzzles truly enhanced our stay. A few recommendations: toiletries, and matching towels in the bathrooms would really help the appeal. The master bathroom (King bed 1st floor with ensuite) shower floor is like an ice skating rink. A rubber mat or grip coating should be something to consider for the property manager. It is very dangerous once soap is added. Overall, I would stay here again.

House was very nice and outdoor space was great too. Plenty of space for everyone.

Property was pretty much everything we could have asked for and more. We had 7 guests and plenty of room for everyone, we were in a great area easy access to everything with a ton of great extras. Very thankful for the easy check in process and quick response from our host!

A group from my high school got together to visit Branson while enjoying our stay in your wonderful house. We enjoyed Branson and we truly enjoyed your home

We came on a ladies trip to Branson for the week and we had an excellent day, everything was exactly as described and was a place we will come back to

Great location!

We had 7 people staying and it was plenty of space. It had everything we needed, plus some. Very quiet area. About 15-20 min away from most Branson attractions. Would stay again.

Great time!

We celebrated our parent’s 35th wedding anniversary with 12 people! Great place! Great central location! And very cozy place to just hang out.

I came down with a group of girls to celebrate a birthday. The house is beautiful, VERY spacious bedrooms. We loved the jacuzzi and outdoor fireplace. Note - the jacuzzi is outside now instead of in the sunroom, but I actually preferred that since the weather was decent for this time of year. I would certainly stay again!

We enjoyed our stay. There are a few matters as far as upkeep of the house that need some attention. However, I wouldn’t say they affected our enjoyment of the property. Pool table and hot tub were a big hit for our group. In all we had a wonderful stay!

Our annual gathering. The home was spacious and had everything we needed. Plenty of beds, room to play games or just relax and catch up. Check in & out were extremely easy. The location is great, you feel like you're far away from everything yest only a short drive away.

Plenty of space for everyone, very clean, refrigerators very clean, well stocked kitchen, very clean bathrooms, large bedrooms, hot tub very clean, awesome large very clean pool area.

Grill was not clean. Shower door downstairs was off track and facet was hard to use in the shower. Stool in master bathroom downstairs wasn't level. Gum in carpet in downstairs by bunkbed. Sofa in livingroom upstairs ripped on backside.

Cleanliness was questionable. There was food left in the sink drain, ice cream left out melted on countertop, air vents were very dirty in bedroom off kitchen, many dishes were dirty as we took out of cupboard, outdoor cushions were moldy & nasty. Other than this we had no complaints. Enjoyed the Branson area.

Overall, this property provided everything we needed and was satisfactory. There are some minor things that could be fixed/updated and it would be perfect. The kitchen was stocked very well with all the gadgets we needed to be able to make meals. Convenient location, 15-20 min from all activities. Great pools on property.
