Built in 1960 and beautifully renovated since, this lovely Wexler home is a wonderful example of the mid-century modern architecture that made Palm Springs famous. A clean, minimalist design carries throughout the living space, where you'll find original works of art, colorful tile work, and bright, sunny rooms that open to the lovely outdoors.     We were disappointed in the rental property. The place is really neglected. For nearly 300 per night, it should be in better shape. The floors need to be repainted, as do all of the walls and doors. There are scuff marks throughout. Also, the sofas in the living room are old, stained and quite worn. The white vinyl sofa is insulting; it's worn and flakey. There are stains on the sectional sofa. The kitchen dining table is scuffed and warped. Extra chairs are stacked in the room, should be elsewhere. Bed frames and dressers are dinged up in the bedrooms. Kitchen fridge is dinged up. Each and every area rug is worn and should be replaced, including the bathroom rugs. Every bath and pool towel is thread thin/ worn. Bed linens are thin. Beds are comfortable enough, but the sheets and pillows are not very comfortable. Baseboards are banged up all over, but especially in the bath areas. Tiles are falling off the bathroom showers. The exterior landscape lighting timer is off; lights were on during the day and off evening hours (6-11pm). There are random empty planters with dirt, no plants in them. Exterior painting is needed as well. Some pool lounge chairs are missing webbing.

    House was not what we expected. Pay a little more and stay at a much better house. This house is old and needs a lot of work done too it. Floor needs retailing . Showers the totaled are all broken. Bool needs a major face lift. Furniture all old and uncomfortable. Sad that anyone would rent this a vacation home.

    Place needs a lot of care! Got there it was dirty. Pool was nasty and needed to be cleaned. Shower tiles are broken. Fridge was nasty. All the beds were IKEA. Not comfortable. Floors around the house are scratched and dirty. It’s a rental and they make money every week. They can’t maintain it! Very disappointed. Unfortunately, our trip was a last minute and that was the only place we could get into. Save ur money!

    Arrived in Palm Spings in the evening 90F and no AC or fan. Next day as the temp rose we called and reported that AC and the ONLY fan in the house were not working. Our entire day was then spent waiting for call backs or visits by repair services. Our plans were cancelled as we had to drive the dogs around in the AC to buy a fan because the house was too hot for all of us. Tried to reach out to property manager to see if they would make things right. They never responded. So very disappointed with our experience.

    The loud street traffic behind the home finally got quiet after 8pm. It would be a 5 star home with some upkeep. Over all ok for a short stay AC works great
