We had the most amazing two weeks staying at this lovely home. The pool was wonderful. The grounds were so well kept. The house was extremely well stocked ; it’s a gem! The beautiful views plenty of space for a large family. We are looking forward to going back.!

Great spot for our family ,kids and grandkids to get together .Scenery was beautiful, good restaurants nearby.

Beautifully decorated, clean, and fully stocked. The house was perfect for our trip! We appreciated the well stocked kitchen and karaoke machine! Good thing the property is far away from other houses. Hope to be back soon!

Owners were awesome and we played endless whiffle ball, horseshoes, ping pong and pool. Wish we stayed during summer so we could use the pool and canoe in River, guess we’ll have to come back. Highly recommend!

We celebrated my daughter's wedding at this property, it was truly gorgeous. The setting right on the water, the sun rise, and mostly having the ability to have our small family all stay together. The owner was VERY easy to communicate with. Love this home!

When I read all the previous reviews I thought 10/10 must be an exaggeration, however that was not the case. The setting of this home: water view, pool and surrounding fields is lovely. The kitchen included every cooking device, one might need and all the dishes, glassware and spices for preparing and serving a meal. The house was very clean, the beds comfortable, and plenty of towels available Both in the BRs and near the pool. The outdoor seating area is very accommodating on 2 levels and as is the kitchen and attached family room with a large TV. We needed more time to truly enjoy the game room but it was also very inviting. There were 2 adjustments that needed to be made: the 2 lovely master bedrooms share a bathroom. The bathroom was so large that it ended up not being a problem. The other was what I would consider fairly steep stairs to each floor. Somehow we all managed to run up and down without a problem. This house provided a relaxed and wonderful environment for my family and friends to be together and we will have special memories of our time spent there.

We enjoyed a week stay with family at this lovely property. So many things kept our kids engaged from 5-16 yrs old. We expecially enjoyed the fresh produce at a fawm stand within walking distance

We have a multi generation family trip. The house was great ! Lots of space for everyone to spread out. Great location! Owner was great !

This is a nice, large home ideal for an extended family stay. It is set on a large lot with a river view. Nice pool and lots of athletic equipment/games around for entertainment.

We had a wonderful family holiday at Pierce & Debra's beach house in Stonington, CT. They were responsive and went the extra mile to provide local recommendations. The rental had everything necessary for our age group ranging in age from 8 months to 70 years old - all necessary pool essentials, extensive kitchen supplies for celebrating birthdays as well as a New England lobster bake. Close to St. Michael's, Barn Island Wildlife area, Mystic Aquarium, etc. Easy drive from both Providence & Hartford airports for family traveling from the Midwest. Looking forward to vacationing here again! Highly recommend this exceptional destination and location!

This house was perfect. It provided a relaxing setting with all the amenities you could think of. It worked perfectly for our girls getaway, but would also be perfect for multiple families!

We loved everything about our stay in Stonington - I'm not sure we could have had a better stay; from the endless activities - yes we took advantage of them all (including pool, ping pong, heated pool, games, kayaks, paddleboards and even karaoke) to the luxurious sleeping quarters, we had everything we needed and more. The kitchen is well stocked and provided a perfect place to cook local seafood and sit down for family dinners. The house brought our group together and also let us have time on our own in quiet nooks that were unexpected but appreciated. The property owners/ managers are extremely responsive and took care of everything. We are already planning our return to this beautiful place!

Rented this property for Memorial Day weekend with family and we couldn’t have been happier. Available on-time and check-in was a breeze. Pierce & Debra were informative and during our stay they were easy to contact, responded promptly and helpful as can be. The home was spotless. Every room modern and updated, decorated thoughtfully, with attention to detail and luxurious touches throughout. Kitchen had every utensil or feature possible and grill was big and clean. Pool was clear and warm and patio/yard area were beautiful. The game room was stocked with so many amenities to keep us entertained at night or in the event of a rainy day. More than one guest remarked that it was “even better than in the pictures” and by the next morning, all had commented on how comfortable the beds were. We were 3 adult couples sharing the house for 3 nights and everyone was comfortable; many areas to gather but more than enough space to feel like we weren’t on top of each other. Plenty of room in the loft for additional guests or children as well. Ideal location with the view of the water and privacy. Restaurant/bars/shopping in Mystic/Westerly an easy car ride away. I cannot stress enough that nothing felt cheap, dirty, used or “photographed well.” Everything was in working order and we did not find one item that was broken or not as promised. Our only regret was that we didn’t tack an extra night or two onto our stay. We absolutely intend to rent again in the near future!
