Responsive, accommodating, considerate host! So many rooms to spread out and have a little privacy and have good gathering spaces. Appreciate having all the extra chairs and tables. It made it easy for our family to gather following our mom’s memorial service.

Loved Wendy! She even stopped by to help with IT issues! Such a great place for our group; would love to stay again next year!

Very nice, it was decorated for Christmas and there was a box of chocolates left for us. Make sure you're in shape as there are stairs.

Great communication with the owner, very responsive and kind. It accommodated our family of over 20 people. Kitchen small but stocked with dishes, pots and pans, and small appliances. Lots of stairs so be prepared. House is over 100 years old with lots of character. This is our second stay. The owner had it decorated for Christmas.

This was the best managed VRBO property I have ever stayed at and it was all because of our fantastic host. Wendy was the best communicator ever!! She got back to me immediately with any answers we had. The place was fully stocked! I have never been to any property so thoroughly stocked. It was so welcoming. Wendy made our stay better than we could have ever imagined. Of course the home was amazing.....perfect for our group of 7 women!!! The neighborhood was amazing. We walked to our old stomping grounds on campus...about 4 miles in total!! Check out was easiest ever! not a list of 25 things to do....more like a paragraph of 3 sentences!! Thanks again Wendy!!!

This is an ideal property for a large group within walking distance of campus and Prince Pucklers. :-) We had three generations all staying together for a wedding in Eugene. It is very well-equipped for cooking and comfortably hosting a large group. Communication was great, although we had everything we needed without having to reach out. We felt welcome, and appreciated that having a couple of others join us here and there for a meal was not discouraged. Notably, this is a multi-level home with stairs at both entry points. Would not be well-suited for individuals with mobility issues. We will definitely stay again if we are back in town with our extended family.

This was our 2nd year renting the home for the opening Duck football game. We have been doing this for the last 15 years and this single home is amazing to meet all of our needs! Thank you so much and we look forward to next season already!!

Wendy was the most accommodating VRBO owner I have ever met. She was easy to work with, prompt when responding to my messages/questions, met me there a few weeks before to do a walkthrough, and this house served our family well for our needs. We hosted a rehearsal dinner in the yard for 34 people and it was beautiful. The entire bridal party plus parents stayed in this house the night before the wedding (19 total) and everyone had a bed. We assumed some of the bridesmaids or groomsmen might end up on the floor, but there were rollaway beds as well as couches in some rooms that people could sleep on. The one downfall to this house is the number of steps. Unloading and loading requires lots of steps and anywhere in the house (bedrooms) requires lots of steps as well. The garage is on the backside of the house so unloading from the garage side you go down steps to the main living area. We were able to handle the steps fine, but not everyone would be able to handle that many steps. I give this house and experience a 10 star due to our overall experience. I’ve stayed in much nicer houses, (this is an older home) but it’s rare to find a spacious 10 bedroom house. Street parking was not an issue for our large group. I brought several mirrors for the wedding day but none were needed. This house had floor length mirrors in rooms and lots of bathrooms. I highly recommend Wendy’s home. It was a quick 15 minutes to Mount Pisgah Arboretum where our son got married.

The house was fabulous. It was very well stocked with everything we needed and great for our large family reunion.

This was the ideal place to stay! Gorgeous outside and in. Can walk to food, Matthew knight arena and stores. Everything was perfect for graduation celebration.

Our grandmother recently passed away at age 99. What a wonderful life and what a wonderful time the family had celebrating her. Our family gathered together to eat, laugh and tell stories. There was so much space for gathering and reconnecting in large and small groups. We had everything we needed from comfortable accommodations to dishes everyone. We had all we needed for a blessed weekend together.

This was a huge house with lots of room to spread out. It was also fun to cook for a group of people in the kitchen.

This was perfect for our group of friends who were in town to run the Eugene Marathon. Spacious, quiet, private, well stocked, and very close to Hayward Field and nice places to eat. Really enjoyed the stay.

We were in town for a regatta and this place was perfect for our group to be able to stay together. We enjoyed the space and had no problems.

We rented this house for family visiting for a wedding. Our guests are still raving about how spacious, cozy, and well appointed this house was for our low-key gatherings. Communication with hosts was prompt and courteous from booking through checkout. We'd love to stay again!someday!

A perfect home for a large family Christmas gathering. Beautifully decorated for Christmas! Quality home in a beautiful neighborhood. A short walk to Hendricks Park with restaurants (try Agate Alley) and shopping (Market of Choice was great) less than a mile away. Everything you need is in the kitchen, all the common spices and condiments, and the hosts don't skimp on paper towels, tissue, etc. like some do. The dining room table seated all 12 of us easilyWendy is a gracious host and great communicator.This three story, uniquely split level home has eight very nice bedrooms as well as a large, beautiful Master Suite. We had a wonderful stay.

great weekend for a large group and Duck Football!

This is my 2nd visit to Wendy's place and it was perfect for the work retreat I hosted with my staff. There are plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to suit the needs of our large group. We loved the neighborhood and would love to come back in the summer to enjoy the outdoor space. The bed I had in the primary bedroom was very comfortable. We also appreciated the double microwave, double oven and large table for meal times. We will almost certainly be back for a 3rd visit

Property was everything is said on the website. Location is perfect. Would stay there again if the occasion came up again. Property owner was wonderful to work with.

Easy check-in, and good communication with property manager. The house is large and has many separate areas, as well as a nice large front yard to gather together. The BBQ and tables on the front balcony off the dining area on the main floor was enjoyable (we had pleasant weather) The kitchen is well stocked and had everything we needed to make family dinners. Caution about the steps-- there are many and easy to get lost. LOL We had some older family that we kept on the lower floors and put the young adults at the top Overall, great experience, we would highly recommend.

Great house! We booked it for our entire bridal party to stay while in town for our wedding weekend and it was perfect for that! Every couple had their own room which was nice for privacy. The house is very spacious with everything you could need equipped. Hosts were very responsive and flexible with our great. We would definitely recommend with large groups!!!

Family members from various locations met together in Eugene. House could not have been better! We were all together under one roof yet, due to the size and layout of the house, we had our privacy. Everyone in our group mentioned how perfect the home was for us. Wendy was attentive and accommodating - easy to recommend this property to others.
