    We stayed here for 5 nights to attend a week-long activity at ECU. Although the location of the neighborhood of this condo feels out of town, it is only 10 mins from campus and a Trader Joe's, and 5 minutes from a Food Lion and a Harris Teeter. It was very clean and well-kept. The rules were clear and easy to follow. We found a small issue that could have been a hazard for our 6-year-old, and the owner came quickly to fix it. One thing we would have liked is more kitchen bakeware, but we generally found what we needed. Layout is great--two rooms separate from the master. The pool is modern and very kid-friendly. Overall, a great experience in a quiet building.

    This was our transition home while we waited to close on our new home. The house was fabulous, local amenities were super close, the pool was an added bonus. There was plenty of room for myself to work and two teenagers. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet but very clean home away from home.

    We were in town to visit family. There aren’t many hotels close enough for us to make multiple visits but Mary’s place was to perfect go between. Bed was comfortable. Place was clean. We enjoyed the recliners for some evening TV. We did visit the community swimming pool but it appears it had not been cleaned in days. So it was only a quick dip. Mary was good with communication and checking in. We would stay again.
