Elegant single level with 4 BR 3 BA, private oasis featuring a heated salt pool

We really enjoyed our stay in this nicely decorated house. It's in a quiet neighborhood about 10-15 minutes from the beach. The beach theme made everyone feel right at home. The beds and couches were comfortable and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. Plenty of TV's, internet steamed multiple devices without an issue. Lots of games if you have younger kids. Unfortunately we had a tropical storm hanging over us for the first few days which put a damper on our plans. Thankfully the pool was there to save the day. The backyard is truly spectacular. The palm trees and paver area around the pool make you feel like you're at a luxury hotel. Lots of seating! The salt water was also nice, something we don't experience in Chicago pools. I do think the filter needs some tweaking. I have a pool and I don't feel like the skimmer was doing it's job. Lots of ants in the pool every morning. I mentioned it to the owner and they had someone come out and take a peak. Guess he thought it was fine cause he was there for less than 5 minutes. Not complaining, just saying what I think. I might also suggest an umbrella for the back or throwing some poly panels on the top of one of the pergolas for some rainy day and UV cover. We shopped at Walmart which was a short drive away, prices were good. We also used SCartgo to rent some beach chairs and a canopy. Andy D's is a good choice for food, drink and entertainment.

Beautiful property and gorgeous pool - it’s like an outdoor oasis. Very nice. I do wish check in was earlier and check out was a bit later as well. Other than that, everything was great.

Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable, the house was just like you see it in pictures. We really enjoyed our stay here.

This home was perfect for our vacation!! We had a group of mom friends and all our kids - and we all had a blast. The back yard is incredible! Plenty of space and everything is very well kept. We will definitely be returning!! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

This house was exactly as described. It was easy to locate ad was in a nice neighborhood. We had plenty of room for everyone in our family. The backyard pool was so nice but also not that far of a drive to the beach which was beautiful. We would definitely stay here again. Owners were very easy to communicate with.

The home was very nice and clean, all the beds were nice and comfortable, the house itself is located just a short drive from multiple grocery stores and even with traffic it never took us more then 15 minutes to get to the beach. Hosts where exceptionally nice and very quick to respond to any questions we had and even went out of their way to reach out to us when one of our party left some clothes behind.

We had such a wonderful stay at this home! From the moment we arrived, everything felt so welcoming and thoughtfully put together. The house itself is absolutely lovely- clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained.The pool was definitely a highlight for us! It was perfect for relaxing and made our stay feel extra special. We especially appreciated that the pool had a gate, which gave us peace of mind and helped keep the little ones safe. There was also plenty of seating throughout the home, and we were able to comfortably accommodate everyone in our family.One of our favorite parts of the stay was spending evenings by the fire pit roasting s’mores-it made for such fun, memorable moments together. Every detail of the property really added to the experience, and you can tell how much care the hosts put into making it a great place for guests.We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!

In general, it has all the amenities needed for a wonderful vacation

Tim and Leanna are awesome! Our power went out late at night and they were available to help. The house is wonderful, clean, and spacious!

This house has it all. We are a family of 6 that drove 12 hours to see the Florida coast. We wanted a home that could accommodate a large family with a kitchen and entertainment space. We made most of our meals in the home and enjoyed eating inside and outside. The pool is clean and amazing. The fire pit was great for s'mores. The games like disc golf, Cornhole, and boardgames kept us entertained. There's plenty of room to relax inside and out. The beach access is 15 minutes away and very easy to get to. The beaches are clean and gorgeous with an incredible pier. The owners are very friendly and responsive. I contacted them on several occasions and received replies within minutes. They really thought of it all with comfy beds, plenty of towels, kitchen gadgets, and more. We would definitely stay here again.

Always love this place - such a great stay for a big family or lots of friends!

Amazing property within driving distance of the beach and many shops

I had such a wonderful stay at this property! The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated, making it feel like a true home away from home. The bed was very comfortable, the pool was AMAZING, and all the little details (like pool towels, cookware) really stood out.

Leanna & Tim were great host & easily reachable. The pictures do not do this house justice, absolutely beautiful. There was everything there that my family of 10 needed. Pool area was amazing, outside games were a huge hit and of course the huge swing set for my 5 year old. Great location, quiet & not far from beach & different attractions. We did have a few minor issues - the freezer door handle kept falling off, ice maker wasn’t always making ice & a hair or 2 from previous guest in the shower. Additional, when outside services come to the home maybe giving guest a heads up that you might be seeing “pest control, pool boy, etc…” during your stay. But other than that, beautiful home. Great people!!!

The check in was simple and easy. The house was better than the pictures. It had everything we needed. It was very clean and everything was well maintained. The beds were comfortable and it was nice to have a tv in each bedroom. There were 8 of us in our party and we had more than enough room. The kitchen was well stocked and it had everything we needed. The backyard and pool were amazing! We had great privacy with the fence and the pool was the highlight of the trip. The location was great. It is a very quiet neighborhood only a few minutes from everything. We had an issue with an appliance, the owners responded immediately and it was taken care of within an hour. Overall we were thrilled with this place and would love to stay there again!

Our stay was absolutely AMAZING!! So much to do as a family and so much close by. Tim and Leanna were so easy to work with and so attentive. Would definitely stay again. The pictures of the home just don’t do it justice. Well done on this family home

We loved the pool area and the game area. However, it was not real clean when we got there and we did not appreciate having to vacuum before we left and launder pool towels. Felt like that was a job for the cleaning lady.

Exactly what we were looking for with our family if 11. Everyone enjoyed the pool, playground, and perfect location for enjoying all the typical tourist activities!

The house was awesome. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own space but yet lots of room for us to all come together. The house was stocked with everything we needed. The backyard was fabulous. We were traveling with a 2 year old and she loved the play area outside. We all spent a lot of time at the pool, cooking on the grill. Can’t say enough nice things about this property. The owners were great and very responsive to any questions we had. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us. Hopefully we will be able to return in the future.

The house was absolutely perfect for our multi generational family vacation. The layout of the house was perfect and they had absolutely everything you could need for an extended stay. They provide pool towels, linens, bath towels, some toiletries, dish detergent, laundry detergent, and even some floats and toys for the pool There were some small maintenance things that need to be addressed: towel rack hanging loosely on the wall, the freezer door handle kept falling off, the grill needs to be cleaned (we had to cook on foil), and the ice maker was on the fritz. But these were just small issues that didn’t affect our stay. Overall, the house was wonderful and we would absolutely stay here again!

The house and property were very accommodating to our Texas family. Enough to entertain adults and the children. The house was located in a good neighborhood and close to everything we needed and wanted to do.

The home was exactly as pictured. The hosts were amazing with quick communication and answered all of my questions promptly. We made friends with the neighbor kitty whom visited nightly. Our family loved the pool and all of the room we had for everyone. Best house we’ve stayed in so far!

Wonderful Property within easy reach of the beach.

Very nice

Clean, well stocked, plenty to do indoors and out for families of all age children. Loved there is a bonus room, which makes 5 sleeping areas. Hosts are helpful and clear. Pool is heated and lots of seating indoo and out.

Lovely home Would have preferred a location closer to more activities But all in all, it was a lovely visit.

Fantastic week in Navarre! We had no issues what so ever. Great communication with the host. Nice home, well maintained neighborhood, fabulous pool and outdoor space. Short drive to the beautiful white sandy Beaches.We will definitely be back sooner than later!
