The propriety is my father will paradise out of time. The ancient Dammuso have almost one hectare of garden all around. Jasmine, almond, bougainvillea, fruits threes and century-old olive trees. The house, equipped with all comforts, consists of a main unit and three completely independent outbuildings located a few meters away from the main Dammuso.
The main Dammuso of 110 square meters offers a large terrace with typical pergola and beautiful sea view and sunset, large living room giving on a second terrace, a very big kitchen with dome celling, one big bedrooms and bathroom with an adding shower room. The roof consists of four domes, which guarantee a cold temperature in summer and are the ceilings of the four main rooms: living room, kitchen and two bedrooms. The kitchen has a gas stove with 6 burners and an oven a large fridge with deep-freeze, a dishwasher, and everything what you will need to cook and to eat for 8/9 persons. The three independent outbuilding units have one bedroom and a private bathroom each.. Outdoor areas are spacious and well equipped, larges different terraces , north side with a big dinning table and a garden barbecue, south side to lie down comfortably and sunbathe while being lulled by winds and distant waves or to have a drink looking at the beautiful African nightfall . The judge propriety is surrounded by typical mediterranean garden vegetation all around the buildings... a lot of space, peaceful and complete privacy. Its major highlight is the fact that you can also avoid the crowd of the sea coast and pass the all day in the propriety.
