Stayed Aug 4, 2024Home was perfect for a family of 8-10. Lots of room! We enjoyed how close it was to water, perfect for fishing and paddle boarding. Very private and secluded. House had all your cooking needs, minus a grill. Just a heads up a truck or suv to get to the property once you hit gravel. The driveway is steep as well. I wouldn’t recommend trailering. You’re about 27 mins from Eureka Springs and around 40 minutes from Starkey Marina for boat rentals. I would stay here again.

Stayed Jul 1, 2024Pictures of the house were truthful. It has beautiful windows and tree top views. We had issues with the AC on day 1 and despite several calls and texts never heard from the local team. Without the ac issues rating would likely be a 4. The deck has some soft spots and internet is pretty slow but that may be the area not unique to the house.

Stayed Jul 7, 2024The house was roomy and had everything we needed. The cove was wonderful. The walk back from the water was steep but manageable. The house could use more beach towels. We were not happy with the check in process. The cleaning crew was there until 5:30 pm and the management company was not able to confirm when the cleaning crew would leave or if it was even the cleaning crew at the house. We were unsure where to put trash since there was not a trash can outside. We put our trash in the lower garage, same as the previous renters. Overall nice stay and plenty of room for multiple families

Stayed May 25, 2024Multiple safety concerns on the deck (missing spindles, broken hand rail, black and green mold that was very slick). After loss of electricity, the backup generator did not power parts of the house…specifically the AC unit. The inside house temperature was 86 degrees. We reached out to the property manager, but did not get a follow up by the time we left the property, so no issues were resolved. The bedding on one bed was dirty (something spilled on the blankets), and the dead bugs had not recently been vacuumed off the floor and stairs. Toilets were dirty. We had to let the run for a minute to clean out the dirt in the water lines. There were wasps nests on the front door. The landscape and lake access is overgrown and not well maintained. Wi-Fi log-in was inconsistent. Overall the property seems infrequently used and does not seem well maintained. At a minimum, I would not recommend renting this unit until the deck is cleaned and repaired.
