Elegant Kennebunkport seaside . Beautifully landscaped, steps to secluded beach

The property and our host exceeded our expectations in every way. The home was spotless and tastefully decorated, blending coastal charm with modern comforts. We especially appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and the cozy living area, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.The location was ideal as it was just a short distance from the beaches and Dock Square, but far enough away from the crowds to enjoy peaceful afternoons on the patio with the ocean as our backdrop. We enjoyed visiting the local shops and restaurants.Our host, Tricia, was friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything needed for a comfortable stay and a welcoming atmosphere. We would highly recommend this home to anyone seeking a peaceful retreat on the beautiful coast of Maine.

The home and the location are spectacular. The owners thought of and provided so many special details of luxury, comfort and interest. Our family loved every aspect of staying in this home and will always remember this special place and the wonderful reception we experienced for the entire stay.

This home is beautiful and so comfortable. The location is fantastic and easy to get everywhere. The water is literally a few steps away and very easy to get to. One of the best properties we have stayed at and we plan to come back again!

Our Clan of 6 made more memories here at The Blue House and Tricia our host feels like family to us. What a wonderful first visit to Kennebunkport. We knew it would rain for half of our stay, but since the house looked so beautiful online and overlooked a charming cove, we decided to book. This is the perfect place to stay! The house is picture perfect, but also comfortable and cozy. There were perfect spots to study, practice the flute, read, play board games, or just relax to watch the waves crash. When the rain eased, we also enjoyed walking the cove and scrambling on the rocks. The town is super charming as well with great restaurant options. We also discovered the most delicious bakery in Kennebunkport - Boulangerie - A Proper Bakery. Even our pomeranian loved their homemade doggy treats (and she's super picky). Finally, we could not have asked for a better host - she is wonderful! She gave us great restaurant, gallery and shop recommendations and made us feel so welcome in her lovely home. Thanks for having us, we hope to return again soon!

The Blue House did not disappoint for our multigenerational Thanksgiving in Kennebunkport. The location was perfect - quiet neighborhood, a short walk to the rocky beach and just a few minute drive to town. Patricia was a lovely host and went above and beyond in helping us prepare for our Thanksgiving meal. The house had everything that we needed.

This is an amazing house in a beautiful location. The home has many amenities and thoughtful details. Truly you can unpack and enjoy. I would highly recommend this property. As a bonus the property owners are gracious, kind and will help with any questions. Be a Mainer at least for a little while.

Our Clan of Five loved our stay at The Blue House from the first steps in to the amazing view of the ocean! No details were overlooked by Tricia & Larry. The open concept of the homes layout and comfy RH furniture made for a relaxed stay. Being a family that loves to cook was also made possible with the Viking kitchen. This clan will definitely make The Blue House our Kennebunkport Destination in the future!
