Large historic villa with plenty of rooms and bathrooms for everyone!

We had the best time ever staying at this beautiful Villa!! It was so magical and was a highlight of our time in Massachusetts. It is great at accommodating large groups. The host was fantastic and answered all my questions swiftly. He even came by in person to help me figure out the air conditioning! I would definitely stay here again.

We recently stayed at Villa Fiore for a retreat for a nonprofit group from across the country. The property was great and worked perfectly for our needs. Space was great and comfortable and it was fun staying at an historic place. Would highly recommend.

The house was amazing. Nice walk to the beach, but plenty of parking too for those not up for a walk! Great for our family get together. We really enjoyed it! Thank you!

We were so lucky to find this amazing property to host our guests for our wedding weekend. It is an amazing building to behold: ample space, gorgeous details throughout, functional fireplaces, comfortable beds. Every turn we took, there was something new to discover. This beautiful property certainly made our weekend, and made our guests feel at ease. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. We rented the property for a small wedding party in the area. There were 18 of us and it couldn’t have been any more perfect! Initially, it had a little bit of a creepy vibe, which was amazing and fun! But after the house was filled with people, you could feel the love in the house and it felt so warm and amazing. Does the house need some work? Definitely, it’s a work in progress. Does it add to the charm? 100% absolutely! The entire wedding party all said it was the most amazing and unique stay they have had. Thank you so much for some unforgettable memories!

Mold in dishwasher - gross. Window Sills, door jambs, threshholds caked with insects. Spacious with lots of beds. Couches in living room broken down and musty. Very old house - charm, but old smell. Host/ Property manager very accommodating!Needs TLC. lots.

Our group of 18 people found the perfect spot near the coast and in close proximity to Salem. Just a 20 minute Uber ride to Salem. The villa has loads of character and charm. Lots of room for everyone and the bedrooms were comfortable as well. We loved hanging out in the kitchen and library. There was plenty of room to cook and entertain tight quarters. We would definitely stay again.

It’s an interesting eclectic house that was perfect for the murder mystery night we held there. Bathrooms and bedrooms were spotlessly clean. We all had hot water for showers and the washing machine. It’s an old house so that must be taken into account. No central air and some of the air conditioners didn’t work too well. Luckily the week we were there, the temperature dropped nicely in the evenings and we could leave windows open. For the rooms where windows could be opened. Overall a great stay and would recommend. Particularly for the cooler months.

First impressions are always important and entering the great room with the high ceiling, arches, balcony and beautiful woodwork confirmed this was going to be perfect location for our far flung family. Further explorations of the 10 bedrooms confirmed sleeping arrangements for all 16 of those staying and room to add two friends who stayed over one night. Our big family and friends gathering of 27 people held midweek with a wonderful lobster clam bake on the patio followed by an afternoon of badminton capped off a perfect week. The house, the weather and the family and friends from all over the US combined to make this a ‘must do again’ occasion. Thank you!

Came here with my bridesmaids/friends and had the best time. All the rooms were amazing and comfortable and the grounds are gorgeous.

Lovely large old house/mansion probably from the early 1900's. Lots of space, beds are quite comfortable, heat and hot water work well. Bathrooms have been updated as has the kitchen. Really interesting eclectic decor feel like being in a bygone era. Still in the process of being renovated, will be a real stunning property once everything is completed. Pretty easy to converse with host and host's property manager was extremely helpful and responsive. Towels, linens, hair dryers are provided as well as hand soap, however you'll need to bring soap, shampoo, conditioner. Near town although better places to go are Gloucester, Salem, Beverly as there is more variety for places to eat. Very nice stay, was there with 13 family members for my nephew's wedding and there was plenty of space for everyone.

My book club really enjoyed Villa Fiori for a weekend trip together. Such a unique, striking space, with several wonderful spaces to gather (atrium, library, dining room, kitchen) and plenty of bedrooms to spread out to. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and serving for our large group, and we enjoyed some of the books and games provided as well. We would definitely come again!

Had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming Villa this past weekend. It was perfect for the size of our group - we had 12 people and everyone had their own bed (a first for us!) The Villa itself is lovely with a gorgeous central atrium space and enough little private nooks and spaces for people to chill. The kitchen came fully stocked with every kind of cooking pot/pat/utensil you could ask for and the owners were very accommodating with some schedule adjustments we asked for. It’s also only a short drive to Gloucester where we grabbed dinner on Sat. And WOW is the drive around Manchester and Gloucester breathtaking!On top of all of that, the property manager Don was so great - turning the heat on early for us and even stopping by on Friday before we kicked off to make sure everything was just right.Couldn’t have asked for a better experience from end to end! We had a family gathering at Villa Fiori the week of Halloween. What a perfect environment! There were 16 of us and we had more than enough space for everyone. The house is old and it definitely needs some work but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay despite the quirkiness. We would stay again.

The house was so cool .. a lot to take in and we loved the location. Manchester by the sea was such a cute little town.

We went to Salem, took train there and back. We went to the castle in Gloucester, very cool. It was by the ocean, you could see seals in the distance on an island. House was big and roomy. We had a fire in the fireplace every evening, it was warm and cozy. All sixteen of us had enough space, loved the grounds.

House is beautiful. Plenty of room and is decorated very nice. There is some random furniture almost everywhere in the hallways and the upstairs bathroom has what we believe was black mold growing in it. It’s a beautiful home and glad we stayed here but just a little rough in the cleanliness aspect. (The bedrooms were all clean tho)
