Stayed Dec 30, 2025We really enjoyed our stay at this house. Communication with the host was smooth and efficient. The house was spacious, clean and well-maintained. All appliances were working in good order. Its location is ideal, in a quiet street and yet close to the boardwalk and the center of town.We certainly recommend this house for a stay in Rehoboth.

Stayed May 8, 2025The home was very nicely located right in the heart of rohoboth beach. All of the amenities necessary were there in a bright and cheerful atmosphere. If you're looking for a place at rehobuth, this home is for you. There is a tremendous amount of space for a large family, and it sleeps many, many people.

Stayed Apr 11, 2025Wonderful house with everything we needed to have fun and enjoy the charms of Rehoboth! From check-in to check-out, the house offered comfortable gathering spots and really great bedrooms. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we could need, and the home was clean and really well cared-for. The weather was cold and rainy but we had a great weekend because of the house! Will definitely book again!

Stayed Oct 2, 2024Designed to bring our two sons and family, including baby granddaughter, together. Excellent house with all supplies for cooking, since Alice is too young to go out for dinner. The son in NYC ultimately couldn’t make it due to illness, so we will have to rent this house again. This is our second time at 314 Laurel and it was as remembered.

Stayed Aug 10, 2024We loved staying in this house at Rehoboth beach! The house was spacious and well laid out. We particularly enjoyed that there was room for all of us (9 people) to gather in the living room and dining table. The house had everything we needed in the kitchen and bedrooms and we felt very comfortable for our stay. The location was great, allowing us to walk to the beach and downtown and avoiding traffic. Would definitely recommend this property!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Well equipped, and the kids really enjoyed the shuffle board on rainy days. Responsive rental company when we reached out about a lost item. Cozy home!
